harrasment/suspicious activity with the neighbor that lives
behind him. RP states on Friday his neighbor was seen in a
silver jeep on Fawn ln driving around the cul de sac several
times. RP reports yesterday the same neighbor was walking a
dog back and forth on Fawn Ln and went into his neighbors
yard, unknown where he went after that. RP reports today at
around 710 am the neighbor was on fawn ln again in a silver
jeep with the dog inside and parked the jeep in front of the
RPs house sitting there with the music on. RP states when
the jeep finally left there was an aerosol can left behind
on the ground. RP reports at 9am the Jeep was on Fawn Ln
again, operator threw a can out of the window and took off.
RP reports returning home today, late afternoon, and found
the flag was up on his mailbox and a box of cigarettes were
left inside. RP states he has never had any encounters with
this neighbor in the past.
