This survey was presented to the students after my second teaching experience. It was given to allow the
students in each lab sections to asses my teaching and role in the lab. I will provide for you the
percentages for some questions and for open ended responses I will offer you three responses that reflect
the vast majority of the comments given. This survey was very important to me as an educator because it
allowed me to gauge my strengths and weaknesses in order to make the proper adjustments:

Jackie was a great intern! She was on top of assignments and quizzes for all classes and kept the grade
book up to date very well. When it came time to teach labs, she had informative PowerPoint
presentations and related new and complex concepts to things the students could understand. She kept
everyone awake, involved, and moving through the assignment so everything ran efficiently. She also
knew when to ask for help or clarification if she was confused about an activity or portion of a lab and
made sure she had the concepts down to communicate well with the students. I think my students
enjoyed having her in class and she helped me run the labs smoothly throughout the semester. She stayed
involved with each class, got to know students, and stayed after to keep everything updated. I  % her :)
