Client chose to leave a major telecom company prior to a major restructuring and

downsizing. He wanted to find a new industry and opportunities to use his IT,
management and operations experience. With CTP direction and assistance, he join
ed a service organization as head of fleet services, a complete career change.

Client, a sales manager, helped grow all the businesses providing construction-t
ype services he decided that small businesses had too many family issues thwarti
ng business growth. Client also decided he wanted to relocate back to the Midwe
st. He joined CTP to accomplish these goals. He accepted a position with a larg
er company in MN as its head of sales and is extremely happy with his new situat
ion.

Client returned to CTP as a second time client. His position at a major telecom
company was being relocated to New Jersey. He and his family wanted to remain
in the area.. With the direction of CTP enterprises he was offered a position w
ith a major wireless company enabling to continue his work in leadership develop
ment.

Client with the assistance of CTP was recruited away from his first position in
LA to manage another new venture.

Client had been consulting in the telecom arena and was looking for a change. H
e became head of business development for a company providing resources to corpo
rations. He was successful very quickly and sent several other clients to work
with CTP.

Prior to relocating to the US, C64111 had run offshore operations in the Caribbe
an for a major British company, in addition, to being a successful consultant.
After coming to the US, she was employed as a consultant who was underutilized.
With CTPâ s help she has joined a consulting company that recognizes her value to
assessing and improving productivity and performance within its clients.

Client decided to leave a major airline after moving up the ranks from a mainten
ance/mechanic person to a manager of people. He understood business from both p
erspectives. CTP used this knowledge and experience to help him land a high-lev
el management position with an organization providing services to airports aroun
d the country.

Client had been an HR Director from some prestigious companies. His position wa
s moved to Texas and he decided not to relocate. He then went into an entreprene

based company, back in his passion, HR.

a research scientist.. A major pharmaceutical company hired her to join their
staff. She is extremely excited to be with such a good company and to be close
to her father. Her husband and son will be joining soon.

Client, a telecom referral had been in marketing. With direction from CTP, she
had a telephone interview with a company that does CRM and customer loyalty prog
rams. She was so impressive they did not do a second interview or a face-to-fac
e. They hired here on the spot as a contractor 12% above her asking price. She
will be based in Atlanta. The company has hopes of opening a branch here and C
64101 is looking to manage that operation as a future opportunity.

Client relocated to Atlanta with her family from Colorado.. She came from a tel
ecom/IT background with entrepreneurial experience in the beauty and self help i
ndustries. CTP created the plan that delivered interviews and interest from sev
eral Fortune 500 companies. She accepted a lead analyst role with a division of
a major home improvement company working to ensure its lines of businesses are
e-commerce proficient. She was excited by the response to her campaign and the
23% increase in salary.

Client, a lawyer, worked as a solo practitioner providing administrative support


. He found his business waning and needed the assistance of CTP. As someone who
loves the law but does not enjoy marketing his services. He accepted an excelle
nt offer from a practice that had a dedicated book of business and is thriving.

Client has made a second career change. With a new husband and a desire not to
