Safety issues for gondola
a) told the gondola operator to check every 3 day
b) all gondola has numbering
c) all gondola has clearance to work on
d) overrall conclusion from Jangho's HSE department and IJM HSE
is good

a) all is good to go
b) constant monitoring
c) needs to be barricaded

a) Aluminium scaffold
1 high tower at rooftop to be used during abseiling works

b) IJM scaffolding
* currently erection of scaffolding for stick wall is underway ,
* next would be collumn for glass installation
Safety issues for scaffoldings
a) all tagged and erected as planned
b) minor adjustment done from time to time
Materials are being calculated and will be returned

ISSUES FROM IJM

a) 2 NCR received , I closed both within 2 hours so no issues on it
b) housekeeping needs to be done more on working locations

WELDING MACHINE
Quantity = 4 ( 3 electrical and 1 oil)
Location = all at GROUND FLOOR
* all permits are done and tagged
* safety equipments such as fire blanket
and fire extingiushers are placed
near the workplace
* oxy tanks are equiped with new metres
and flashback arrestor.
* IJM safety personal is satisfied with it
* ONLY the electrical ones are being used

FORKLIFT
* our forklift drivers has been given training
by the IJM Safety Officer
* we are given checklist for the drivers to
inspect on daily basis starting next week
* I have gone through the checklist & make
necessary arrangements
* checklist will be needed to send to IJM
