Each group presents their findings and
discusses results with main group. 10
minutes per presentation
Use selected brainstorming technique to
drive out their wishes for the application
environment that will support their business
needs
Present the work on developing objectives:

Identify CSFs/pre-requisites. Identify
potential metrics.
Write all objectives on flip chart paper and
pin them to the walls. All attendees will
read and consider the final objectives
(perhaps with some refreshments)
Discussion led by consultant. Which are
the highest priority objectives, what are the
dependencies? Agree voting/ranking
method. Perform and agree ranking.
