in force in the terms of the Companys usual form of Policy applicable thereto, provided always that the
Company shall on giving notice in writing to the last known address of the Policyholder be entitled to
cancel this insurance immediately and a proportionate part of the premium will be charged for the time
this insurance has been in force.
3. Persons or classes of persons entitled to drive.

If any person for the purpose of

obtaining the grant of any licence to
himself/herself or any other person
knowingly makes any false statement, or
for the purpose of obtaining the issue of
a certificate of insurance or of a
certificate of security under the relevant
law applicable in Great Britain,
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the
Island of Guernsey, the Island of Jersey
and the Island of Alderney, makes any
false statement or withholds any
material information, he/she shall be
liable to a fine or to imprisonment or to
both.

If you wish to cancel the policy you

must return the certificate. If you
are replacing your vehicle, this
certificate must be returned to your
Agent with whom you arranged this
insurance.

4. Limitations as to use.
Social, domestic and pleasure including commuting by the Insured to a permanent place of work. For
the carriage of passengers or goods for hire and reward by prior appointment only provided (private
hire) such use complies with the laws and regulations of the appropriate licensing authority.
But excluding use for:
Racing competitions, pacemaking, rallies, or use in any contest, reliability or speed trial, or use for any
purpose in connection with the motor trade.
