Tucked away in the lush province of Albay, known for

the perfectly shaped Mayon Volcano, a breathtaking

tropical paradise awaits those who seek a perfect
balance of tranquility and adventure. Misibis Bay is a
private island resort where ultimate relaxation and
exhilarating adventures come together.

This 5-hectare island resort may be reached via a 50-minute flight

from Manila to Legazpi, then a scenic travel by land (around 45
minutes)
Upon arrival, Misibis staff will have Hotel Banners to receive us at
the Airport. Transfers are arranged going to the hotel via land trip.

At the Hotel Lobby, all guest are pre-checked-in. Early check-in is

subject to room availability which will be advised by the reception
staff.
Each guest will be provided with individual key cards and bag tags
to identify luggage & suitcases

Misibis Bay Resort is not easily accessible to any commercial

establishment so please ensure to pack everything that you need.

Ensure to arrive at the airport 3 hours before flight since its

peak season because of the holidays. Always check your personal
belongings. Put name tags on your luggage. Web check-in is
advised.

Be on time. Be at the plenary or break out sessions at least 15

minutes before the schedule. Follow break timelines and avoid
going back to rooms in between sessions.

Switch all phones to SILENT MODE. Avoid making or answering

calls during session. Inform your contacts that you are in
conference and address calls during breaks only.

Turn off WIFI of cellular phones to allow better internet

bandwidth for important emails and office operational needs.

No iPads during sessions. Kindly turn-off the device or leave

them in the room.
