Package Exclusions

If you wish to travel in advance of the departure date as mentioned in the Itinerary or like to come back on a later date after the tour
ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable (subject to availability of seats for the given dates & ticket validity)

Cost of any optional tours/ excursions

Any increase in Rate of Exchange leading to an increase in tour cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate

The driving time mentioned between cities is only an indicative. The actual driving time may differ from the time mentioned in the
itinerary due to multiple factors such as the road conditions, traffic and weather conditions

Trip Protection: The early bird offer launched for no cancellation fee applicable if booked by 15th of December, 2015, is only valid
until if the cancellation/amendment is made 90 days before the actual date of travel. If the cancellation of travel is made within the 90
days to the date of departure, applicable cancellations would apply. In case there is a Visa rejection due to any reason, then the
cancellation fee would be applicable as per the cancellation policy as defined.

ROE Clause: There will no change in the ROE applied to the product (irrespective to the payment schedule) subject to maximum
movement of +/- (plus minus) 10%. This is applicable for bookings upto 15th of December, 2015.

Owing to the EU hotel occupancy regulations, a maximum of 3 people are allowed in a room
The taxes and visa charges mentioned are as on date of product launch (5th November, 2015) and in the event of any changes, may
be amended, which may increase the per person cost
