AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF

APARTMENT (2nd Floor)

THAT I, MARIANO POBLETE of legal age, married, a resident of Brgy. Maligaya, Cabiao, Nueva
Ecija, hereinafter known as the CONTRACTOR and ROGELIO J. CANCINO JR. of legal age,
married, a resident of 156-D St. Matthew St. San Paulo Subdivision, Novaliches, Quezon City
and hereinafter known as the OWNER, do hereby agree and state:
1.
That the CONTRACTOR agrees to finish the 2nd Floor of the apartment located at _____at
the contract price of Pesos: 280,000 (Two hundred eighty thousand pesos).
2.
That the CONTRACTOR shall secure the necessary permits for construction, the
OWNNER shall be responsible in purchasing materials. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for
recruiting personnel, coordinating with the owner and owners representative as regards to
design details and approval of materials.
3.
That the CONTRACTOR shall finish and turn over the said apartment at the said
contract price and in accordance with the plans and specifications
4.

That the starting date of construction shall be on December 12, 2015.

5.
That the completion date shall be two to three months from the starting date of the
construction.
6.
That the OWNER, made a cash advance of P 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Pesos) received on
December 09, 2015 and P 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Pesos) received on December 12, 2015
totaling to P80, 000 (Eighty Thousand Pesos) of the contract price before the projected starting
date and the balance of P 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Pesos) to be paid in weekly
payments from the starting date until the completion of the project.
7.
That CONTRACTOR hereby AGREES to the full construction of the second floor of the
said apartment such as:
I. ELECTRICAL:

Layout and install electrical wirings, conduits, boxes, circuit breakers, convenience
outlets and electrical provision for appliances.
II. CEILING:

Install marine plywood (interior) and metal paring (exterior)

III. WINDOWS

Install window frames

IV. PLUMBING:

Install piping for water line (C.R. and Kitchen)

Install polyvinyl (PVC) pipe for sewer and waste line (septic tank)
V. COUNTERS
Build shelves, cabinet doors, laminates and other details on finishes: as per specification

VI. FLOORING:

Install ceramic floor tiles (C.R. and Kitchen Area)

VII. MISCELLANEOUS:

Fabricate and install kitchen door, door knobs

Paint, tile, and finish interior and exterior walls
