Jesus Time: God Chooses Saul to Be King


We see that God chose Saul to be king over Israel after the people complained that
they wanted a king like other kingdoms.
Matthew 4:10b Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.
This is the first week the Kindergarten will be saying a passage for memory.
They will say “Matthew 4 verse 10 Worship the Lord your God, and serve him
only.” this Friday to me either in a small group, with a friend, or by themselves
for memory.

Saul Takes Sin Lightly


We see Saul sinned against God by not obeying his commands.
Genesis 39:9b How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?
