Looking Operation and Maintenance of above 400 sites as L1 ISP Engineer.
Responsible for managing & monitoring of local NOC at CMP.
Responsible for providing Cisco & LSMR L1 support to field Network Engineer.
Making a good relationship with OEM to get warranty & services within defined SLA.
Troubleshooting on Samsung EnodeB in case of integration or down status
Attend the fault incase team cant solve them and solve that problem
Troubleshooting on cisco ASR 901,903.920 at the L1 level.
Troubleshooting on Microwave system in case of down status.
Troubleshooting on fiber system in case of loss and cut.
Working Experience on SMPS & Battery module installed at RJIL sites.

network).
Monitoring Fiber and microwave media and Handling related operation.

Troubleshooting issues related with ASR series Routers like 903,920,901
Good understanding of MPLS technology as well as IPv4 and IPv6
Hardware Installation of Samsung eNodeB RRU
Hand on experience on eNodeB cards UAMA,L9CA,LCB3
Well versed with Samsung LSMR and involved with extracting different reports to control Outage.
Software: Citrix,TeraTerm,FileZilla,Merlyn,Everest,
Responsible for solving issue in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, and RIP, MPLS-VPN.
Trouble shooting and resolve the Day to Day Problems on Broad Band, Leased Line, Bridge
Broadband and ISDN connectivity.
Troubleshoot and identify problems related to Juniper and Fortigate Firewall.
Configuring routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP for customer last mile.
Configuring IPSEC and GRE tunnels for VPN customers.
Responsible for providing technical solutions for various managed and non-managed customers
(SATYAM, OICL, WIPRO, IDRBT etc.)
Coordinating with internal teams for quicker resolution of issues.
Configuring L2 path for Bridged mode customer (VPN, IVPN and MPLS).
Coordinating with the Global partners including Level3 and PCCW in resolving
timing and nature of fault. A fault docket number shall be provided on booking of
complaint, and the same shall be relayed by electronic mail/SMS etc. 5.4
Restoration of Faults On receipt of complaint, Bidder shall make best efforts to
localize the fault and restore the same at the earliest. The user institution shall
provide all necessary support for enabling testing of the circuit. Circuit shall be
presumed to be restored when the Bidder has tested the circuit to the
satisfaction of ERNET. The fault duration shall be accounted accordingly. It will be
the responsibility of the Bidder to show proper working of circuit on end to end
basis through use of test instruments by sending test data while at the same
time keeping the bit error rate within limits. The link will be treated as restored
as soon as Bidder is able to show end to end loss free clean data transfer using
test instruments.
