seeking candidates to fulfill a QA ENGINEER positions , I am really interested with the post that you
have offered.. I have been graduated from Mechanical Engineering degree with major Conversion of
Energy from Institute Technology Adhi Tama Surabaya.
I have been in experience similar in 5 Years for the Quality Inspection role in Fabrication ad
Manufacturing.I have understand well of managing and plan the strategy of Inspection against the
procedure operation and quality. I have to ensure that the product, service and system are compliance
with the specification required by standard, code and rules.Ensure all existing customers claim the
corrective action,Ensuring new project, modification and product development goes according to
plan,Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in
process, and finished products. I have got IQA certificate for ISO9001, ISO 14000. Good knowledge of Quality
management system, Quality awareness QHSE.

I have experience background for over 11 years in Product Development or Research and
Development roles from PT. Thomson Batam who is Factory manufacturer multimedia industry product, I
have been involved with design drafting with utilized SDRC 3D Ideas, Acad 2D/3D and leading the
Product Engineering for organized of process the pilot run, control run for the new product introduction,
product approval and product release for mass prod. I have been well known the process flow of the
system for this roles with ISO standard
I have been experience also from my previous job as Production Manager at PT. Indofoam Batam,
Foam Mattress and Spring Bed manufacturer which companies engage in Foam Mattress and Spring Bed
manufacturing ( Location : at Komplek Megacipta Industrial Park Blok E no. 2 ,Batu Ampar- Batam) for
more than 2 Years
