The PM consultant performs project procurement and tender management, and

leads negotiations
The PM consultant is responsible for developing of the detailed procurement
strategy for the project and provides recommendation for

Preparation of the detailed procurement strategy (to be approved by


client) for the specific project needs with consideration to the project,
market condition and special economic aspects.

Elaboration of the tender schedule, control of tender procedure,


implementation (Tender Event Schedule) if necessary or in case of
Client request. Tender schedule updates at all project stages

Organization of pre-qualifying procedures in accordance with the


Tenders Regulation. Elaboration of participant short list

This tender

Including pre-bid conferences and meeting


Holding Post bid interviewers

Compilation of specification and drawings, bill of quantities, invitation to bidders


and prequalification forms.

Management of tender procedures in accordance with tender


regulations, assistance in preparing and issuing of tender
documentation
Lead of the tender process until issuance of final recommendation on
selection of suitable Contractors to the client

Negotiation of terms and conditions of the construction contract With


the Contractor (negotiation results to be approved by client)

Assistance in preparing of contracts with the contractors

Tender process monitoring and update of tender procedures for the


project committee

Analysis of commercial and technical tender proposals, issuance of


final recommendation on selection of suitable Contractors to the client.

Health and safety management


Development of measures to ensure compliance with safety norms of local
standard, and contractors work safety, health safety and environment protection
(HSE) standards
Implementation of Incident and injury Free(IIF) policy on site Health and
safety coordination meetings.
Monitoring of Contractors adherence to project Health & Safety plan in
respect to

Assurance of construction site arrangement


Enforcement of site safety arrangement
Maintenance of proper site conditions

Core Team Members


Our team will be led by our experienced Key Account Manager, Khurshid Almeher.
Khurshid will take the lead role during the initiation phase and will be active
throughout the project providing strategic direction, drive and strategies for
implementation by the team. Khurshid has extensive project management and
delivery experience with fortune 100 companies both home and abroad.

Considering the scale of the design and this being a cross border Project, our Lead
Design Manager, Architect Amin ur Rahman, will interface with the Fit-out designer
to ensure proper delivery of drawings required for construction and also paly a role
of peer review on behalf of the client. Amin has 25+ years of design and
construction experience at different areas of Bangladesh. The day to day project
lead will be our Senoir Project Manager,Shuva Basu . Shuva will also provide
management interface with the client and contractors and all subcontractors and
will be person responsible for the quality delivery of this project.
Shuva will be supported by a 100% dedicated Site Project Manager, Ridwan
Rahman, who will be responsible for the day to day project implementation

Lump Sum Fee Proposal


To provide the project management team identified in this proposal for Sheraton
Banani 5-star hotel project, Kaymonto & partners would look to secure the lump
sum fee of BDT and
Sheraton Banani 5-star hotel project April 01, 2014 to October 31, 2015
Naturally, this proposal is based upon information at hand at the time of writing it
and is valid for a period of 60 days from submission. Should be service provision be
not as expected or desired from UNIQUE, Kaymonto will be happy to discuss the
scope and submit revised proposal that fully meet
your needs.
