According to Cavan et al. (2001) the questionnaire typically used by researchers as

an effective method of hypothesis testing. In this study a questionnaire will used to
collect data for the same purpose. This questionnaire focuses on the task of
entertainment and information services such as mobile that is the subject of the
study. Confidentiality and anonymity is clearly stated at the beginning of the
questionnaire. Demographic questions are placed at the end of the questionnaire
because it is better to keep the minds of respondents about the purpose of the
questionnaire at the beginning (Sudman and Bradburn, 1982).
When structuring the question, extra care has been taken to avoid the use of
technical errors.

Verse questions, scales used and general appearance are all

questionnaire will be considered carefully. Throughout the questionnaire, questions

that close-ended were used to help respondents make wise decisions quickly when
responding to the questionnaire (Cavana et al. 2001). Babbie (1990) suggests this

question type also provides uniformity and thus facilitate the processing of large
data.
In terms of measurement, all items were constructed as agree-disagree statements
on a seven-point Likert scale. Since the variables of interest have been previously
validated under different contexts, mirroring the same items in a new context is
straightforward. To ensure measurement reliability, items validated in previous
research have been used.

In terms of measurement, all items are built because agree-disagree statement on

the scale Likert seven scale. Due to the interesting variables have been confirmed
previously under a different context, such as the same items in the new context is
straightforward. To ensure that the measurement reliability, items endorsed in past
research has been used. Measures for performance expectancy, effort expectancy,
social influence and facilities condition will used Venkatesh research. Other variable
like Focus Attention, Teacher Influence, Computer Skill compatibility and Perceived
Playfulness were taken from or based on previous IS research and will modified to
suit to this study. Multiple items were used for each variable whenever possible, and
were grouped together on the questionnaire. Adopting the same measures as others
instead of creating new measures may enhance the comparability of the paper
with others, specifically when existing measures already become a field
standard (Churchill et al. 1999). Table x.xx show where is questionnaire will be taken
