Habitual Offender Warrant Apprehension Detail

As a part of the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s continuing efforts to target
habitual offenders, members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Special
Enforcement Section and the Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s Department conducted a warrant
apprehension detail targeting habitual offenders with outstanding arrest warrants. This detail took
place from April 8, 2010- April 18, 2010. The detail targeted wanted subjects based on their
criminal history, level of nuisance activities or suspected criminal activity the subject was
currently involved in. Two suspects arrested had verified gang affiliations. Two of the suspects
are monitored through Parole and Probation Violence Prevention Initiative (VPI), which strictly
enforces conditions of probation. The following is a list of the subjects apprehended:
