GameFest '14-'15 Terms and Conditions

All photographers taking photographs, video or using any other recording device(s) at a
GameFest '14 event are required to obtain a signed release from any attendee who is
visibly recognizable in the photograph or can be otherwise identified .
These rules govern photographs and other forms of media intended for use in any
GameFest publication of a marketing or a public relations nature, such as newsletters,
brochures, view books, promotional items, or other such material. Releases also must
be obtained for photographs or other media used on a web site. These rules are not in
effect when photographs or video recordings are taken of news events, but photographs
or video taken for news purposes require a release for reuse in marketing materials.
Photo and other Media Release
I, ______________________(your name) on behalf of myself, my successors and
assigns hereby grant to the EventUs and the GameFest Events , their employees
and/or agents permission to interview me and/or to use my likeness in photograph(s)
and /or video in any and all of its publications and in any other media, whether now
known or hereafter existing, controlled by the EventUs and/or it's GameFest event , in
perpetuity, and for other use by the EventUs Firm. I further waive and release EventUs
and its GameFest event, their agents and assigns from any and all claims, demands,
actions and causes of actions, which I have now or may have against them, or any of
their officers, agents, employees or servants by reason of the use of photographs, video
or other media, known or unknown which I have or may have against the EventUs Firm
and/or its GameFest event and I hereby covenant that no suit shall ever be brought
thereon for any reason by me or any person on my behalf against the Firm or its Events,
their officers, agents or employees or servants relating to the interview and/or the
photograph (s)/video and use thereof.
