TERMS & CONDITIONS:1. The promotion package offered from 15th - 31st December 2015 and valid for 1 year from the date of signed up and all prices are inclusive GST.
2. Deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and strictly for the promotion package signed up only.
3. Free ONE trip of site survey and ONE trip of installation for SRE1215 Track Packages within Penang, and KL & PJ area only.
4. Customer shall provide Black & White agreement on the proposal and balance payment must be settled in full by Cash/ Credit Card at Exaltechs HQ
or Online Transfer before installation arrangement.
5. Notice of cancellation received after 7 days from the date of payment made is subject to a cancellation charges of a minimum of RM500 plus charges
imposed with any free gift, credit card interest charges, GST charges or site survey (RM150 per trip) provided and customer is allowed to exchange any
Eubiqs products for the balance deposit paid.
6. All Eubiq Products with 3 years warranty on Track and 1 year warranty for Connectors, Adaptors & Accessories upon Manufacturing Defect, to make a
warranty claim, local customer must bring along item and purchase receipt for verification at Exaltechs HQ or you can reach us at 1300 222 500.
7. Site Survey & Installation service hours 9:00am-6:00pm (Monday - Friday); 9:00am-1:00pm (Saturday) with appointment reservation (close on Sunday
& Public Holiday).

1. Every power track come with 1 pair of end terminal, end cap and 60mm blank cover, standard size from min. 600mm, 800mm...to 3000mm (interval 200mm).
2. For customised size, please refer to the nearest standard size plus extra RM50 per cut for cutting charges and refer promotion price for adding extra end terminal and end cap for additional track combination.
3. Installation is not include wiring extensions, hacking or relocation works; 3M Industrial form tape, Primer & IPA will be charged RM35/meter (for site with glass finishing).
