EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
It consists of two Catridge Filters with jet pulse cleaning system and
high pressure centrifugal fan.
Equipment manufactured in steel plate, which has an income of dirty
air, dirty chamber where the Cartridge, a clean chamber where the
air filter, where the automatic cleaning system and an air outlet filter
is reached are located.

To decrease the saturation level of the Cartridge, the computer has

a pneumatic cleaning, which allows Cartridge cleaning during
operation, which is composed by a Manifold Solenoid Valves
discharge air cleaning and Timer that controls the opening
valves.
Cleaning is to download a certain amount of air pressure on a
Catridge. Allows the generated impact peel the layers of particulate
material adhered onto the outside of Cartridge, which are deposited
in the bottom hopper of the filter. This shot is regularly performed in
the following Catridge, repeating the cycle indefinitely.
An electronic board (Timer) controls the frequency and duration of
the shooting, which basically depend on the degree of saturation of
the Cartridge.

Control System

marker actuates the valves, in order to clean the filter catridge.

PRESSURIZER INSTRUCTIONS
FC-2/200 PRESSURIZER

Pressurizer FC-2/ 200 is a filtering equipment and pressurized ambient air,

connected directly to the site. Providing clean air injection.
Among its main features are its high degree of purification of air injection,
equivalent to less than 5 milligrams of particles per cubic meter of air filter
and powerful pressurized enclosure to which it is dedicated.

For the proper functioning of the FC-2/200, is recommended that the air
injection is made to the enclosure through an injection grid double deflection
(horizontal and vertical), with control damper to compensate manually last
air resistance increased by filters. A second control can made by opening
the damper, located off the pipeline of FC-2/200. This damper has been
factory-set to 55 open, suitable for use with completely clean filters.
The pressurizer FC- 2/200 is fully automatic in function of purifying and
pressurizing. Cleaning of filters is performed through a discharge of
compressed air, for which has its own air compressor.
It has 2 electric motors protected by thermal overload relays.

For proper operation has an electric charge and control board.

The starting and stopping is done by activating the command switch "A",
black, opening the door panel. The "B" button, green, can run a manual
download each time it is pressed, for voluntary cleaning cartridge filters.
The operation of the pressurizer FC- 2/200 is managed by a small PLC,
brand Lobato. With an open program that can be changed according to the
user's convenience, for which simply seek Ingecoat permission.
For the command cleaning, FC - 2/200 has a DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE,
identified with the letter "C" in the board. This switch has been set at 2.5 "
wg , or 63 mm water column , so that when the pressure drop of the filter
reaches the specified value , the switch will give way to regular cleaning of
