Problems:
1. Development in one area of the process affects the whole chain.
2. There will be a problem in the synchronization of the process if one will be
modified.
3. One modification would delay the project

A company has their own system program wherein the different departments are
interconnected that they could monitor the production processes through it. From
the study given, the company has a tool program that helps their production to be
more efficient but through time this tool could no longer answer to the needs of the
users. This would consider the tool to be ineffective making it one of the major
problems of a company. Aforementioned, there will also be a problem in the
synchronization process of the production which would lead to the delay of the
project.
Considering, one component of the process chain is affected by the unsustainability
of the system or it may be that it is damaged wherein it could not anymore provide

the needs of its users, the following components of the process will be affected.
Causing a domino effect that may setback the production.

In line with these predicaments, it is the job of the operations management and
other departments that regulates the movement of the operation to know and
resolve these issues. Innovation is one of the key factors to settle this matter.
Through innovation, the usual practice will then be modified in considering the
current issues of each department which should be noted upon deliberation of the
whole system that will be implanted. Issues and suggestions must be raised and
considered in order to have an improved fit of system to be used. The company will
be able to manage the processes real time and that makes them more globally
competitive and attending to modernization, this would be the advantages that the
company would acquire.
When a new set of system is installed, the regulatory team must still be open to
some modifications and adjustments so as to be compatible with the needs of the
users. And further improve the system to harmonize its internal and external
settings. These could be seen from the development of Total Quality Management
wherein for the better processes of the projects within the organization as well as
maintaining its quality, the totality of it should be managed and improved.
According to Deming to achieve the highest level of performance requires more
than a good philosophy- the organization must change its behavior and adopt new
ways of doing business. And Juran defined TQM as fit for use, applying it to the
case of AV Corporate, their system must fit to their needs in order to be use
efficiently. The culture of the company must be considered because this has a great
impact in the development of the business.

Conclusion:
Summing up, due to the advancement of one section of a process, it may lead to a
whole change of the entire process. That we could say that it is a all for one and
one for all scheme. Anything that one has done has an effect to the next one and
the next one and so on. Nothing is resistant to change, its continuous due to
modernization and close competition and so one must adapt easily in order to
synchronize with the process internally and externally.

Recommendation:

One must think if the system of a process could cater the needs of all sections and
that if changes would happen, ask first if there would be any parts that would be
affected.
