When we open the app, the first screen (after splash screen) that will be

shown to the user is Categories Screen which comes under the offer
module (means when we open the side menu the focus will be on the
offer module)
On the category screen we can search the category on two bases that are

Search by miles: In the case of search by miles we need to fill two

fields to get the required result and the required fields are:
a) Zip code field
b) Miles Field

Search By City: In the case of search by city we need to fill two

fields to get the required result and the required fields are:
a) State
b) City
After selecting the category the merchant screen open with the offer
displayed. From where the user can redeem the required offers only if he
is logged in else an lock will be shown on the offer and on clicking the
lock user will be guided to the login screen from where he can register
or login.

Options in Side bar Menu:

Join iBuddy Club:

1. If the user has already subscribed in the application he will be shown

some static content and the next recurring date
2. If the user is not logged in the application then, to join iBuddyClub
user will have to purchase the app and to purchase the app user will be
having two options listed below:
a) Purchase App With Fundraiser:
i

User will have a text field where he/she can enter the fundraiser

code if he/she has any. If user does not have any fundraiser code but he
knows fundraiser/Sale person name/ City, he can click on search button
and make the search with any of three options:

Fundraiser

iii

Sales Person

iv

City

He has to select one option from table header and on the basis of

selection, search will be made.

vi

If user has purchased the app with fundraiser then he will be able

to receive the offers from the selected fundraiser.

b) Purchase App without Fundraiser

If user is not having fundraiser code, he can just click on purchase
without fundraiser. When user will click on this button, he will be
directly linked to iBuddy Club.
If the users is not logged in, after choosing any of the above
choices, user will be navigated to the Register screen Step 2 with
following fields:
Email
Confirm Email:
Password:
Confirm Password:
After successful registration on Step 2, there will be following
cases:
a) If user has purchased the app with fundraiser code, he will be
navigated to the Donation screen. On donation screen user will be
having the options to select if he/she wants to make donation. User can
continue by clicking on NO THANKS without selecting any amount as
well. Whatever amount he selects, it will be charged with the app price
on payment screen. After this, user will be redirected to the payment
screen.
b) If user has purchased the app without fundraiser, he will be

redirected to the payment screen.

PAYMENT SCREEN:
User will be having two options of payment screen with all the
price details. This price will also include the donation amount if user has
selected. The options will be as following:
a) Credit Card: If the user chooses this option, he/she will be
redirected to the Credit Card screen.
b) Ambassador Code: Ambassador Code will allow the user to
use the app free of cost. But he will not be able to redeem the offers. If
he has to redeem the offers, he will have to make the payment. User will
enter the Ambassador code and click on Pay Button. If the code is valid
and user has selected some donation amount then he will be redirected
to the credit card screen. Otherwise he will be navigated to the next step
of registration. If the user has chosen the ambassador code option and
selected no donation the all the prices will be $0.0.

CREDIT CARD SCREEN:

User will be redirected to this screen if he has to make payment. This
payment can be app purchase or donation.

REGISTRATION (LAST STEP):

All the fields are mandatory. There will be auto suggested text box

for state. On the basis of state that user has selected, user will get the list
of cities and zip codes for city box.
There will be two cases listed below:
a) If user has landed on this screen after credit card screen, the
following fields will be pre filled with the details that he has entered on
credit card screen.

b) If user has landed on this screen without making any payment.

Only one field will be prefilled here:

After successful registration, user will be navigated to the profile
screen and the image that user has selected while registration will be
shown on side bar menu on My Profile option.

MY PROFLIE SCREEN: This screen will be shown in two cases:

a) User is already signed into the application and he clicks on My

profile option on Side Bar Menu.

b) When registration is completed this screen will be displayed.

Following Options will be there on this screen:
1) Logout button: On clicking this button user will get logout from the
application.
2) Edit button: On clicking this button the complete profile will open in
front of the user and he can make the changes he want.
3) About button: On clicking the about button detail about the user will
be displayed.
4) Payment button: On clicking this button detail about the payment
will be shown.
5) Redeemed Offer button: On clicking this button all the offer
redeemed till now will be shown.
6) Change Password button: On clicking this button change password
screen will open and user can change his password.

LOGIN SCREEN:

There are two option on the login screen either the user can login or

register:
a) If the user is already registered then he can enter his login credential
and get logged in and will be guided to the offer screen.
b) If the user is not registered earlier then he can complete the
registration process.
c) In the registration process first of all we need to select weather we
need to purchase the app with fundraiser or without fundraiser.
d) If user selects to purchase app with fundraiser then only the extra
donation screen will be shown to the user while registration, else user
will redirected to the payment screen.
e) After the payment process the user can complete the registration.
f) After successful registration category screen will be shown to the user.

4. OFFERS SCREEN: When user will click on Offers screen from side
bar menu, he will be redirected to the category screen. Category screen
will have two options as defined above:
4.1 Search By Miles: In case of Search by miles, user will have to
enter zip code and radius. The data will be fetched from the server
falling in that zip code and radius. Only those categories will be
shown in the list which are having merchants falling under the
specified location. If there is Golden Egg Merchant then it will
be displayed on the top of the list and on the second number
Featured merchant will be displayed.
4.2 Search By City: This will also behave same as described above
in Search by miles section. The only difference is that the search
will be made on State and City basis instead of zip code and radius.
For the Foods Category there is also a subcategory list shown, by clicking on it
user can see its merchants list and location on Map.

On click of any category, user will be navigated to the next screen which
will be having a map with pins on merchant's locations and list of
merchants with the distance from current location.
After click on any merchant, user will be redirected to the screen which
will again have a map with merchant location and the list of offers that
are associated with that merchant. Each offer will have a redeem button

corresponding to each row (this button will remain locked if user is not
logged in). User can redeem the offer on click of this redeem button.

User can view the details of the offer by clicking on row.

After successful redemption of offer user will be asked to make a
donation from savings (PLUS $1, PLUS $2, PLUS $3, PLUS$5). If he
does not want to make the donation, he can cancel the pop up. BUT if he
has decided to make some donation, he will be redirected to Credit Card
screen to make that payment only if that user is registered with
ambassador code.
a) The count of merchants will be shown only for Featured Merchants
and Golden Egg Merchants as a ribbon in the categories list screen.
b) If a merchant has added an offer as Featured then that merchant will
be considered as featured merchant. Same will be in case of Golden Egg
Merchant. If a merchant has added an offer as Golden Egg then he will
be considered in list of Golden Egg Merchants.
c) If a merchant has added an offer as featured then all the offers that he
will add in future will automatically considered as Featured and it will
be applicable for all new offers added in future. The same will happen in
case of Golden Egg as well.
OFFERS WILL BE SHOWN IN THE APP ONLY AFTER APPROVED
FROM TERRITORY MANAGER.
While registering as a business merchant from admin/website, a territory
that falls in range of 500 miles will be assigned to that merchant. If no

territory exists in range of 500 miles then a National Territory will be

assigned to that merchant.

5. FUNDRAISER SCREEN: This is the third option on Side Bar

Menu. Its title and icon will change according to following cases:
i

If the user is logged in but have not made payment then the title

will be purchase and icon will be for purchase. On click of this user will
be navigated to Payment Program Screen where user will have to
complete the payment process.
ii

If the user is not logged in, then the icon will be for LOGIN and on

click of that user will be navigated to Login Screen where he can either
log in into the app or create new account.
iii

If the user is logged in and he has completed the payment process

then the image of the fundraiser will be displayed and on click of that
user will be navigated to Facebook page of attached fundraiser.

6. GIFT APP SCREEN: The user can gift the app to other persons. The
Gifter will have to pay price equal to number of giftee multiplied by App
Price. The giftee will receive an email when gifter successfully make the
payment. That email will contain an ambassador code and with the help
of code, user can use the app without making any payment during
registration. User can gift the app in two ways:

a) Email: When user will click on this option, he will be redirected

to the screen with list view. This list will contain those details
whom he want to gift the app. There is Add button on this screen
and on click of that user will asked to enter the details like:

Gifter Name: Pre filled and non-editable

ii

Fundraiser Name: Pre filled and non editable

Giftee Name

Giftee Email

One User can gift the app more than one person at a time. Email will be
sent to all the persons whom gifter has added while submitting.
b) Postal Code: On click of this a list will be opened with the
postal details of giftees.Add button will take user to the screen
where user can add giftee by entering following details:

Fundraiser Name

Giftee's Address

Email will be sent to all the persons whom gifter has added while
submitting.

7. GRATITUDE SCREEN: On this screen a list will be displayed of all

the donations of $50 and above that have been made on application. If
the user has selected anonymous while making donation then
anonymous will be displayed as donator name otherwise the donator
name will be displayed. The icon of list will be changed as per its
donation amount i.e. Normal, Bronze, Silver, Gold.

8. NOTIFICATIONS SCREEN: It shows all the blast/notification

send by fundraiser related to any offer or any information.
9. REFER APP: User can refer the app to other persons so that they can
use the app and make benefits from it. User will have to enter some
details like Fundraiser Name, Fundraiser Code and that details will be
posted. User can refer the app via 4 ways:
i

Facebook: The details that user will enter will be posted on

Facebook wall.
ii

Twitter: The details that user will enter will be posted on Twitter.

iii

Email: User can add multiple users in one go. He has to enter

referee's name and email ID. User can select the persons to refer the app
from his contact list. Once a user has added the persons whom he want
to refer the app, he can click on submit button and an email will be sent
to all those persons with Fundraiser name and Fundraiser code.

iv

Text Message: In this case, user will be asked to enter Fundraiser

name and code. On Click of done button, device's Message composer

will be opened with pre filled text and user can put the numbers whom
he want to refer.
10. ABOUT iBUDDY CLUB: This is a static page where info about
iBC or what iBC provides benefits is being displayed.

iBuddy Club Merchant Application

There is common app for Merchant and user in iPhone BUT
separate apps for android.
Merchants can register through front (website) end. If number of
merchants has registered with same email ids then user will get a
list to further choose a merchant. After selecting the merchant
user will navigate to Offer screen of that merchant:

Various tabs on Offer screen:

1. Offer
It has the listing of all the offers along with its details that was
added by logged in merchant.

2. Scan
This is to scan the QR code.User scan the bar code on cards
provided to merchants. After scanning all the offers are listed
for scanned merchant bar code.
3. Settings
In Setting screen user have option of:
a) Change password: User will enter old password and new

b)

and confirm password.

Logout: User will Logged out from application and
navigate to login screen.
