Chicken fingers with sesame seeds

Adapted from a recipe by Yolo (chef at a Mexican program called


Venga la Alegría)

Ingredients:

½ kilo chicken breast cut in strips with no skin

1 cup plain yogurt


juice of ½ a lime
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dehydrated chicken broth

1 cup crumb breads


½ cup sesame seeds

Yogurt sauce

250 grams Greek yogurt


1tablespoon fresh mint or dried
1 garlic clove
Red pepper
Paprika
Pitted black olives

Procedure:

1. In a bowl mix the plain yogurt with the lemon juice, the
Worcestershire sauce, the seasonings, and salt and pepper.

2. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for a while, in the fridge.

3. In another bowl mix the bread crumbs with the sesame seeds,
coat the chicken strips and place on a tray.
4. Bake at 180° C for 45 minutes.

5. For the yogurt sauce, mix all ingredients. You may add some
plain yogurt or milk, if the sauce is too thick. You need around 15
to 20 olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
