(Dr) Vishwanath D. Karad, Founder, Executive President & Managing Trustee, MAEER's MIT Group

MIT School of Management is founded in 1987, with a pioneering approach to provide Value Based
quality education. Our existence from 27 year made great contribution in the Management Education.
Governing Council and Academic Advisory Board consists of luminaries who from the sphere of
business and management education. Their support inspire and provide the guiding light to our faculty
and students at large.
MAEER's MIT School of Management, Pune conducts two years full time Post Graduate Programme
affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University namely MBA, MBA (Marketing Management), MBA
(Human Resource Management). MAEER's MIT School of Management, Pune also conducts three
years full time post graduate programme MCA (Management) and part time programs PGDBM (two
years) followed by masters programme MMS. MITSOM has conducted number of Management
Development Program (MDP) for working professionals and corporate clients.
Courses at MITSOM are designed to equip students and managers with skills to meet the challenges
and opportunities of the corporate world. MITSOM takes extra initiative for overall development of

Publications and Submission Guidelines

All the accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and selected articles will be
published in Khoj Journal of Indian Management Research and Practices Journal with ISSN No:
0976 8262
Detail Guidelines for submission of Paper:
Only original, unpublished work is sought. All papers will be evaluated through review process by
drawing experts from Universities/Organizations.
All manuscripts should be sent in a soft copy in word document.
Abstract should be 100 to 200 words in length mentioning Name of Author, Qualification, Professional
Affiliation, Email ID, Contact Number of Author and Co-author/s. Authors are requested to point out
Purpose, Methods/procedure/approach, Results/findings Conclusion/implications in the abstract.
Full paper should not exceed 3000 words (With abstract and keywords) in single column. Manuscript
should start with the Title of the paper New Times Roman (12 font size), Name (bold), Name of
Author, Qualification, Professional Affiliation, Email ID, Contact Number of Author *and Co-author/s
**- in New Times Roman (12 font size) should be on the line next to the Title. (You may use * mark
as per author and co-authors.),

Justify alignment. Tables, illustrations, charts, figures etc. should be serially numbered and duly
acknowledged. Sources of the data need to be given below each table.
Only those references that are actually utilized should be included in the reference list and should be
alphabetically arranged. APA Citation style is desirable for the references.
