Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Dear Queen in Council of Canada, Mr. President Barack Obama, and Everyone:
My name is Ernst John Krass. I was born in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada, on the 14 th of
April, 1966 at 3:48 PM.
I can with absolute honesty declare that I am The Comforter/Helper that Jesus Christ declared He
would send in John 14:26 and John 16:7-15. From the Notice of Writ of Everyones Habeas Corpus
(sent January 6, 2015 and signed for on January 15, 2016 by M. Naldo), the Notice of Application of
Everyones Habeas Corpus (signed for on February 1, 2016) and their simple yet stark evidence
declares that I, Ernst John Krass, have been persecuted for standing up for the standards of the HOLY
AGENDA of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Self Evident Truth being kept beyond
the system by the application of the Administrations ruling through the letter of the law that was

addressed by Jesus Christ as the old system in Luke 16:16-17. (Christianity is therefore destroyed and
has been for many centuries now!)
As I have already shown in the Notice of Application of Everyones Writ of Habeas Corpus, ruling
through the letter of the law is Gods Holy Agenda declared in not just Luke 16:16-17 but also Daniel
6 (explaining why Daniel was sent to the lions den and God had an Angel protect him but not the
administrators and their families ala Jim Flaherty and Pharaoh) and where being devoted to a false god
and imposing it through the letter of the law automatically and naturally results in The Almighty having
to send a Judge to straighten out the resulting mess when the civilization fails from its natural
deficiencies Jesus Christ referred to this person as The Comforter/Helper.
This document, in particular, will establish concretely that a kill or be killed reality or kill
contract was put in place against me, Ernst John Krass, The Comforter/Helper, on April 17,
2012 where the legal system is the tool of choice of The Administration of Canada against the
dictates of The Principles of Fundamental Justice and the 2nd God Given Right of s. 7 of The
Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms The Right NOT to be deprived of The Right of Life,
Security of Person and Liberty EXCEPT in accordance with The Principles of Fundamental Justice.
In February through April 2012, I provided Full Disclosure evidence of the Province of British
Columbia having ordered the execution of my beloved dad, Rudi Heinz Krass, from September 26,
2011 through January 26, 2012 along with evidence that, due to my being an orphan and holding
complete authority over who now will or will not wear the Krass surname and my naturally
inheritance, there was no grounds for my having to probate my natural and complete inheritance of the
assets held by my beloved dad around the world.
Due to the Full Disclosure evidence having been provided to The Minister of Justice of British
Columbia along with my dictated Constitutional Remedy as CERTIFIED BY The Principles of
Fundamental Justice in March 2012, a FIAT for the financial portion of my presented Constitutional
Remedy was announced in the attached Bank of Canada communiqu.
On April 17, 2012 though, former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper and his Minister of
Finance of Canada, Jim Flaherty, spoke against the direct delivery to me of my CERTIFIED BY THE
PRINCIPLES OF FUNDAMENTAL JUSTICE CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDY which was meant to
abolish the adverse effects from my financial Angels murder as The Administration of Canada already
knew that I was disabled due to a job injury and being solely supported by my beloved dad, Rudi Heinz
Krass. So, the relief was going to be used to pay off all the bills informally and allow me to complete
the start of correcting my right elbows lateral soft tissue issues with surgery.

The knowledge of my disability and being an orphan was known to former Prime Minister of Canada
Stephen Harper and His Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty since January 9, 2009 when a Writ of
Summons was presented along with evidence that affirmed that there is no way that the Greeks got it

As already proven, a FIAT was issued on April 10, 2012 due to my Constitutional Remedy having
been CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNDAMENTAL JUSTICE. Regardless of this fact
and his Oath of Office, The Minister of Finance of Canada Jim Flaherty did NOT deliver my
obtained from the consolidated revenue fund Constitutional Remedy and the kill or be killed
scenario was immediately established between The Administrations of Canada and God
Almighty and His Elect!
I, Ernst John Krass, The Comforter/Helper, against whom a kill contract, according to the imposition
of taking the matter to a court of law when they have NO JURISDICTION over Constitutional Remedy
other than rubber stamping a formal declaration of invalidity of the law that contradicts the words of
the provisions of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, was issued, was totally unaware of
the establishment of this fact as I was in mourning from the sudden departure of my beloved dad and
financial angel. The reality of using the court system as a weapon against me is attested to by Luke
11:45-52 and, with hindsight and this knowledge, the events in Canada of 2015 are determined to

be tied to me and the refusal to deliver my obtained by FIAT Constitutional Remedy of March 2012
that was meant to be delivered 4 years ago!
Hence, pure evil was to follow in my life as The Administrations of Canada WRONGLY took a
position of declining to deliver the obtained financial portion of my stipulated through April 2012
Constitutional Remedy from the consolidated revenue fund (i.e. insurance for the corruption that
results from ruling through the letter of the law in violation of Enforcement s. 24 of The Canadian
Charter of Rights and Freedoms). Once the financial portion of my initial April 2012 Constitutional
Remedy was obtained, though, the refusal to deliver the Constitutional or Charter Remedies by The
Minister of Finance of Canada direct to me was utter contempt of The Charter, according to The
Principles of Fundamental Justice, s. 12 and Enforcement s. 24 of The Canadian Charter of Rights
and Freedoms. because it resulted in The Minister of Finance of Canada having a jurisdiction
equal to that of The Almighty, i.e. having discretion means that you have the Right to supplant
The Self Evident Truth which cannot legitimately be done!
So, by refusing to do deliver, as demanded, my April 2012 Constitutional Remedy, immediately, a kill
or be killed scenario was established where The Almighty would have to come to my defense
ultimately while also keeping me alive to receive Gods Authority over the financial system and all
else as well: my Rank comes from the Top down and I am not a lesser rank than The President of the
United States or The Queen in Council (see John 16:14).
Another way of looking at this reality is that The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms was tossed
out IN MY CASE as the rulers of Canada knew that I am The Comforter/Helper and wanted The
Almighty to protect me as they raked me over the hot coals as an evil gauntlet.
Basically, the Administrations of Canada did to me as was done by the Administrators of the Kingdom
of Darius did to Daniel (in Daniel 6) while Queen Elizabeth II KNEW that God Almighty, Jesus
Christ and The Holy Spirit would protect me against this incredible evil!
Unbeknownst to me until recently, a kill or be killed scenario was established by deceased Minister of
Finance of Canada Jim Flaherty, former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper and The Coven of
Jezebel that includes Die Fuehrerrin Christy Clark, her Ministers of Justice Shirley Bond and Suzanne
Anton and the entire judicial system of British Columbia including lawyers, just as was done in Daniel
6 and to Elijah in The Old Testament. (Where is Christianity in Canada?)
After the 3rd Charter Remedy was WRONGLY rejected by Jim Flaherty and The Coven of Jezebel by
February 15, 2015 and who had no RIGHT to this decision, The Almighty ACTED in accordance with
Luke 18:6-8, Luke 12:4-5 and Revelations 17:14: The Almighty sent the Minister of Finance of
Canada Jim Flaherty to HELL for his evil actions against me, Ernst John Krass, The Self Evident Truth
and Its Creator, The Almighty. The Almighty and Fundamental Justice was DISMISSED by those

recognize nor acknowledge The Supremacy of God anymore.

It should be patently obvious to all readers of this document that the Administrations of Canada tried
to kill me off like the other prophets in The Old Testament with a fictional legal process (probate a
natural inheritance of an orphan when estate administration, according to the English language only
applies to residual who left NO testamentary document at all) just as was presented by Jesus Christ to
the world as was ongoing BEFORE His Existence and which should not be done in the alleged
Christian world!
God, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit The Spirit of Truth (John 14:6) KNOW that the life
of The Comforter/Helper is priceless just as is mankinds future and Everyones Path to THE
FREE Society of Equals without usury/the pursuit of wealth/profits/mammon and the resulting
class based civilization.
Sadly, even though The Almighty has acted so decisively against the heart of The Coven of Jezebel,
i.e. killing and dispatching Jim Flaherty to HELL for his desire to make me suffer due to his devotion
to mammon (Luke 16:13) and the Queen in Council was completely changed I was OUTRIGHT
declared the victor by The Almighty, the current governments of Canada have seen fit to maintain
the kill or be killed scenario established by former Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the deceased,
by The Hand of The Almighty, Minister of Finance of Canada Jim Flaherty.

However, my currently existing with the help of The Almighty and Jesus Christ but WITHOUT my
God Given Right to Life and Security of Person on orders from the Administrations of Canada, is part
and parcel of:

government of Canada who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one
hour as kings with the beast elections and democracy. 13 These are of one mind, and they will

mamona. 14 These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is
Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called and chosen, and

Due to the Administrations of Canada having thrown out every ethical, moral, legal and Charter bound,
i.e. crossed every line that was meant to protect everyone and PREVENT the evil acts done to me, the
prophecy of waging war with The Lamb has been FULFILLED and, consequently, I am a person
without The Right to Life, Security of Person and Liberty, as it is being deprived of me (in utter
contempt of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms) due to administrative interference from
the half scheme (Canada)/half program (US) that is democracy imposing mammon/the pursuit of
wealth over Christianity Fundamental Justice and LOVE (see Luke 11:42). I am also a person
without a country as the outlined administrative actions since 1999 have also resulted in my being
forced to flee Canada and go into exile abroad Luke 4:29-30.
Currently, I am a refugee from Canada of all places and living on the streets of a nearby land waiting
to die or be taken to Heaven by The Holy Trinity because the oppression and persecution of me has
been unrelenting even though The Almighty has SPOKEN by his protection of me over the past 4
years and the 2 Acts of God against the last government of Stephen Harper OF CANADA no
less!
Clearly, the social fabric of Canada has been destroyed due to the absolute contempt of The Canadian
Charter of Right and Freedoms and it HIDDEN Holy Agenda that should not exist due to Jesus Christ
having come, left His words, was crucified and resurrected then went back to His Father in Heaven
(Luke 15:22: If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no SIN, but now they have no
excuse FOR THEIR SIN).
But, the HIDDEN Holy Agenda built into the law and the prophets DOES now exist and has since
the Medici and Borgia destroyed the European world that was brought to the New World and beyond
it to Australia and Asia and is found in s. 7 and s. 24 of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

as well as the US Constitution and its 14th and 1st Amendments and s. 3 of The International Bill of
Rights.
Still, The Holy Trinity does not want to take me home as they have been providing for me through this
entire unholy ordeal where devotion to everything other than The Truth is what happened to me by
those opposed to doing RIGHT. If it were not for the Will of God and the Love of Jesus Christ, I
would be dead by now - the kill or be killed scenario that was reversed by The Almighty in my
case!
The entire social fabric of Canada has been destroyed, as evidenced by my ordeal, because the judicial
system now falls UNDER the authority of the jurisdictional government but only because nobody
knows what I do about administration The Petition of Right and its correlates when related to The
God Given Right of Life and Security of Person and Libertty, i.e. the universal Writ of Everyones
Habeas Corpus and Applying Everyones Habeas Corpus.
I am deeply pained right now but NOT concerning my death as Heaven will be my reward as well as
my reward being immense there as I took up my Cross for Jesus Christ and The Truth as I was ordered.
My pain though arises from the destruction of Canadas social fabric and nobody is truly wise to this
fact even though Luke 12:56 dictated that Christians were to question ALL human authority.
Does democracy produce a divine order where Self Evident Truth dictates the path forward for
all?
NO!
So, why has everyone accepted going along with the scheme/program put forth by the elected
bodies of this world WITHOUT QUESTION since the 1970s where the leaders said, Let the
children straighten out this mess (that is the pursuit of wealth as a personification of worship)?
There are only 2 paths forward currently: the first is simply, acceptance of The Self Evident Truth by
the Queen in Council and The President of The United States in my case and matters forthwith; OR
continued refusal to accept The Self Evident Truth thereby forcing The Almighty to enact another
vengeful act against Canada/British Columbia and the United States.
To put it bluntly, my life has been ultra-surreal for over 4 years now and for no reason (for no cause)
other than to oppress me, Gods Elect, and suppress The Almighty The Creator of All especially the
newly discovered Self Evident Truth that has been hidden for decades and truly millennia.

matters by the administrations of Canada. But, that was The Will of The Almighty Revelations 17:

The reality of what happened over 2 months after the Minister of Finance of Canada Jim Flaherty
STILL remained thoroughly devoted to mammon attests to The Divine Authority behind me, Ernst
John Krass, just as does what happened in the Canadian election of October 19, 2015 after I submitted
my Charter Remedy for getting me down to Los Angeles to receive the surgical cure for my job injuries
to my right elbows lateral load bearing soft tissue structures. These are the 2 vengeful acts of The
Almighty done as retribution for the wholly unethical, immoral, criminal, breach of Oath of Office and
Charter Violating acts done against Gods Elect, me.
I must now repeat: show me the hinges in my elbows lateral x-ray imagery from 1991 that were taken
at the same time as The Mayo Clinic was publishing a paper in The Journal of Orthopedic Medicine
showing to the world that the radial ligament is indeed load bearing when centripetal mechanics are
applied to the lateral ligaments of all true ginglymus joints, like the radiocapitellar joint of the elbow,
and which determines the exact function of the Ernst John Krass muscle, formerly the mislabeled
pronator teres muscle! This matter is the superior one and predated the murder of my beloved dad and,
then, the State using every immoral, unethical, criminal, Charter Violating act to wage war with me
and my Self Evident Truth which obviously dictates that this fact played a role in the execution of Rudi
Heinz Krass!
Please note that the administrations of Canada have imposed a 3 weeks period to provide their legal
reply to The Self Evident Truth and the reality that my words cannot be responded to legally other
than compliance provided through FIATS and deliver direct to me of Gods money FORTHWITH!
Dont forget that there is still in effect the line in the sand in my case from the Administrations of
Canada and it is that to which all my Charter Remedies, including the one for my discovery that the
human body matures at the age of 25 or later and that all ginglymus joints across time have employed
centripetal mechanics and the principles of universal joints in rear drive/front engine vehicles which
use drive trains to cover the distance from the transmission to the rear axle, have been tied: the illegal
and illegitimate demand that I probate my natural inheritance and call it an estate which only applies
to a deceased persons residual when they die without having left ANY testamentary document and
NOT orphans at all.

This line in the sand is contemptuous of s. 7 and s. 24 of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
and The Principles of Fundamental Justice which prohibits speaking on the part of the administrations
once a Constitutional and Charter Remedy has been CERTIFIED by The Full Disclosure evidence and
The Principles of Fundamental Justice where only a YES response is permitted to the question of
whether a Charter Right was violated subsequently placing in jeopardy the Life and Security of Person
of all its citizens beyond the One clearly being deprived of His Right to Life and Security of Person.
In short, by speaking and acting evilly, the Administrations invoked a kill or be killed scenario and
God finally responded but the Administrations are unwilling to comply STILL!

ADDENDUM
A kill order is still in effect in my case in Canada because a legal standard that cannot be legitimately
met is being maintained: the previous Queen in Council under Jim Flaherty dictated evilly that my
natural inheritance is to be probated in defiance of The Supremacy of God and the fact that probate
can only be applied when there is more than one Next of Kin so that the children can be played against
one another or when the person dies intestate which means that a will or testamentary document stating
the reality of being an orphan is NOT provided. The latter does not apply in my case as a legitimate
will was provided and witnessed by 2 persons while the former does not apply as I am the sole Next
of Kin of Rudi Heinz Krass as I was the only child of the union of Rudi Heinz Krass and his
predeceased wife, Eleanor Alberta Krass.
This technicality imposed by the previous Queen in Council must now be dismissed without question
as Jim Flaherty was executed for maintaining it by The Almighty who saw fit to have me, Ernst John
Krass, be the ONLY child of the union of Rudi Heinz Krass and Eleanor Alberta Krass even though,
as my dad told me in August 2011, they tried many times to produce more children but were
unsuccessful in that there were several still births and heavy late periods or no luck in producing a
child.
In 1973, The Almighty saw fit to have Eleanor Krass suffer cancer and require a hysterectomy thereby
eliminating any further chance of producing a brother or sister for me, Ernst John Krass.
Consequently, I am the only child of Rudi Heinz Krass and I am the only person to wear the Krass
surname since before I was born as my name was already put in place well before I was born: I carry
the name of my grandfather from my dad Ernst Krass and my middle name, fortuitously, comes
from my mothers father, JOHN, either John the highly placed St. John or John The Baptist Tell The
World, Johnny.
In the era of Elijah, Jezebel decried the authority of Elijah and His Authority under God as he WAS
Gods Elect. So, a kill order was issued from Queen Jezebel against Elijah who was forced to flee just
like me and who was taken care of by non-Jews - Gentiles (read Luke 4).
With the illegitimate (OF NO FORCE AND OF NO EFFECT) probation demand remaining in place
against all ethical, moral, criminal and Charter standards against its imposition to start, this Queen in
Council must eliminate this evil technicality for the Charter Remedies to be delivered direct to me by
The Minister of Finance now that the Charter Remedy has been obtained from the Charter Remedy
Fund, consolidated revenue fund.

There is no doubt as to the reality that what was done to me is PURE EVIL because this matter could
not be dealt with through the International Criminal Court it has to be dealt with internally and, even
better, by The Almighty.
God saw fit to kill Jim Flaherty off and send him to hell as HE imposed this evil technicality and, then,
The Almighty turfed the Conservative government of Canada resoundingly in the federal election of
October 19, 2015. The election result was not a miracle but punishment of the Conservative agenda
in accordance with Revelations 17:14: they will wage war against The Lamb and He will overcome
because He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings, i.e. I was sent with Divine Authority from ON HIGH.
I have done everything in MY POWER to obtain justice and my Charter Remedies due to the evil act
of placing probation ahead of The Principles of Fundamental Justice. It is TIME for the new Queen
in Council to comply with the standards of OF NO FORCE AND OF NO EFFECT and place my name
on the land titles in the Peace River country where I was born and raised and which is MY
homeland and nobody else attached to this corruption.
All that this evil process has established is that Angela Dutkywich and her advisors behind the scene,
Elena Krass and others, are NOT part of the called and chosen and faithful.
Do the actions and acts of Angela Dutkywich and the Crumb family establish that they are NOT
part of the called and chosen and FAITHFUL?
YES!
Is it RIGHT that I am forced to continue to live on the streets of Skid Row in Los Angeles without
a cause other than refusal to acknowledge my blood Right of natural inheritance with my Charter
Remedy meant to pay all my bills current and going forward dealing with establishing THE FREE
Society of Equals that means turning our back on opinions and accepting Self Evident Truth as the
basis for thought?
NO!
But, only the current Queen in Council of Canada Queen Elizabeth II and The Minister of Finance
of Canada Bill Morneau, can make RIGHT what was made wrong through the tail wagging the dog
where The Principles of Fundamental Justice were DISMISSED by the previous Queen in Council
rather than the dog wagging the tail!

I will never be permitted by my Lord and Master to participate in the OF NO FORCE and OF NO
EFFECT estate of rudi heinz krass so my Right to Life, Security of Person and Liberty is hanging in
the balance outright life or death plus I discovered the true Holy Agenda of The Canadian Charter
of Rights and Freedoms s. 7 where those possessing the knowledge of the mature, healthy and
kinetic human body have the FULL AUTHORITY to bring to bear THE FREE Society of Equals
from pole to pole indivisible under The Almighty.

This morning, I received the following from ON HIGH.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II went along with the corruption because She KNEW that I could
NEVER consent to Angela Dutkywich being my niece and a branch of the tree of Rudi Heinz Krass as
that make that lie PERMANENT for all time. I can never consent to a lie as The Holy Spirit is in me
and, Her Majesty knew that The Almighty would protect His Elect through this persecution and
oppression.
Just as Pontius Pilate at the corrupt democratic hearing at the trial of Jesus Christ, for fear of creating
a Holy War within Canada, Queen Elizabeth II was forced to wash her hands of the matter until things
changed.
I fully accept that my receiving my Charter Remedies concerning the murder of my

beloved dad and then trying to get me to probate my natural inheritance will be the final
Act of God for me in this matter.
Every action against me was without a cause and contradicted The Self Evident Truth and the
demanded response while arising from the Conservative governments agenda of remaining in power
by using the vileness and hardened hearts of others to try and kill me by forcing me into the streets
with little resources as a gauntlet of fire.
Due to God Almighty fulfilling the prophecy of Revelations 17, I have to accept His Agenda just as I
hope that the new government of Canada will so that I can fulfill the prophecy of The Comforter/Helper
and Revelations 20:1-2 as I know how to create THE FREE Society of Equals based on Love from pole
to pole and based around a greed-less understanding of money the Elect Society of God from
Deuteronomy 23:19.
I also had to dismiss the Crumb family from me because they sided with the government and refused
to side with the sole blood child (Next of Kin) of Rudi Heinz Krass who RIGHTLY does NOT have
to probate my NATURAL inheritance.

Clearly, the in-laws and the illegitimate association with Angela Dutkywich HAD TO BE
TERMINATED once and for all as none of them are CALLED or CHOSEN or FAITHFUL!
BUT, former Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty KNEW full well
what they were doing was WRONG through their HIDDEN standards, as I am The Comforter/Helper
which they knew arose from my Writ of Summons sent on January 9, 2009, along with their
consequential vile, dishonest and pure evil actions where they, through channels, ordered that Angela
Dutkywich and the in-laws heads be filled with this same unsupported hatred towards me:

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the
evil treasure of his heart[a] brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth
speaks.

I have always spoken The Self Evident Truth just as my dad did in his September 13, 2011 Will while
Angela Dutkywich and the in-laws LIED both publicly and behind closed doors! Thus, all of these
evil-doers must never be associated with me, Ernst John Krass, and Rudi Heinz Krass forevermore!
Bad things happen to good people as a lesson while horrendous things happen to prophets because
those ruling through the letter of the law without justice and love want the prophet dead as He is their
replacement and scheduled by The Almighty to bring love and peace to the world through The Holy
Spirit found in the Words of Jesus Christ and others of His flock while replacing the dividing-andconquering standard that IS ruling through the letter of the law without remorse!
Canadas entire social fabric of peace and love, that was in Canada in the 1960s and 1970s when I
was born, by the vile and evil treasure of former Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Minister of
Finance Jim Flaherty hearts!
Furthermore, JUDGMENT from ON HIGH has been passed in these matters and STILL my
Charter Remedies have yet to be received and may likely never will be as a dead orphan does not speak
and all moral, ethical, criminal, Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Constitutional and Oath of Office
bounds have simply been ERASED in my case so that legalism can reign where Angela Dutkywich,
PERCEIVED to be a real child of George Walter Krass adopted child of Rudi Heinz Krass, is used
to strip the Next of Kin of his natural inheritance thereby destroying the just legacy of Rudi Heinz
Krass and Ernst John Krass where the Krass name is now mud in the Province of British Columbia and
across the face of the earth. Obviously, the social fabric has been destroyed for all as dishonesty and
criminality DOES prosper in Canada and across the face of the earth while the righteous and honest
are thrown in the streets like salt to be trampled upon as this salt is no longer tasteful nor useful!
