Detection Statement List:


1. I want to be happy.
2. I deserve to be happy.
3. Others deserve for me to be happy.
4. God deserves for me to be happy.
5. It is safe for me to be happy.
6. I believe I can start being happy right away.
7. I have 100 percent total subconscious support to be happy.

Sabotage Correction Technique: The Procedures


Muscle-test the first Detection Statement I want to be happy. Note if it is weak
or strong. You may even put it on paper, but do not use any of the removal
procedure on it, at this time.
Instead, test Statement 2: I deserve to be happy.
If you have strong muscletest Statement 3: Others deserve for me to be happy.
If the muscle is strong continue down the Detection Statement List until you find
a weak muscle.
Once you find a weak muscle. Begin with: The

Connection

Put your right hand over your heart and say Connect.
This statement aligns you to your Higher Self by declaring your connection to it.
Re-test the Statement you tested weak.
If its now strong, muscle test the next statement on the list, and continue down the
list until you have a weak muscle.
If the muscle is still weak go to: The

Declaration:

Find two sore/tender spots on both sides of your upper chest. These are the socalled neuro-lymphatic reflex points. Massage them gently while saying the
declaration below:
Even though I feel I do not deserve to be happy, I deeply and completely love and
accept myself.
Re-test the statement.
Suppose after doing the Declaration, your muscles test strong when
you recheck. This result means that the Declaration was enough to
correct this statement.

However, if your muscles are still weak, go to:

The Forgiveness Affirmation:


Massage tender spots on both sides of your upper chest (same spots as with
Declaration, or find another pair of tender spots) while saying the Forgiveness
Affirmation below:
Even though I feel I do not deserve to be happy,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
And even though I may not really feel
that I unconditionally love myself,
I choose to connect with my Higher Self,
whose essence is unconditional love, acceptance and forgiveness.
And I completely forgive myself for everything I might have done
that contributed to this problem,
either consciously or subconsciously, either maliciously or innocently,
either deliberately or by negligence.
I choose to release all negative emotions about myself,
on all levels, in all dimensions, in all of my energy bodies, at all times.
And even though I may not really feel
that I can completely forgive myself,
I choose to connect with my Higher Self,
whose essence is unconditional love, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and
mercy.
Re-test the Statement for which you were weak.
Most of the time, your muscles will test strong. If strong, continue down the
Detection Statement List .

If still weak, proceed with:

The Personalized Forgiveness Affirmation:


This time, be more specific about why you feel you have the problem, why you
feel you dont deserve it. Heres an example:
Even though I feel I dont deserve to be happy because
I feel guilty about causing my sisters accident at age 13,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
And I forgive myself for being negligent
and not paying attention and then trying to escape.
I was just a child myself. Accidents do happen.
I could not prevent it anyhow.
I carried this guilt long enough. It did not help my sister.
It only made me unhappy.
I forgive myself for carrying these negative emotions for so long,
and letting it ruin my life so far.
I choose to completely forgive myself and move on with my life.
And I ask my sister forgiveness if I did something to hurt her.
(Always finish with the following sentences.)
I choose to release all negative emotions about myself,
on all levels, in all dimensions, in all of my energy bodies, at all times. On the
level of my cellular memory and DNA
and all other levels that I am unaware of.
And even though I may not really feel that I can completely forgive myself, I
choose to connect with my Higher Self,
whose essence is unconditional love, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and
mercy.
Re-test your muscle. Even if your muscle is still weak after this fourth procedure,
proceed with the Detection Statement List. Often clearing other types of
subconscious sabotage may correct the one you are stuck on.

Forgiveness Affirmation (for God)


Even though I feel God does not deserve that Ill be happy,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
I forgive myself for being angry with God, for not having faith in God,
for thinking God has abandoned me,
and for not realizing that I am a spark of God.
So I suffer the consequences of the blockage I put
between myself and my Higher Self in all these past years.
I forgive God for hiding from me and for allowing me to feel
separated and removed from God and therefore from my Higher Self.
I chose to release all negative emotions about God
on all levels, in all dimensions, in all of my energy bodies, at all times.
And even though I may not really feel that I am one with God,
like a wave is one with the ocean, I choose to connect with my Higher Self
whose essence is unconditional love, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion
and mercy.
