Member Each house with a standard address located under the area of Puteri 12 of
Bandar Puteri Puchong, 47100 Selangor, represents as a member
regardless of how many people residing in the house. The registered person
of the house is considered as the Resident Member of a particular address.
General Conditions
By becoming a Service Resident Member of PPBP12, you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms
and Conditions. PPBP12 reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior notice. You will be informed if there are any amendments to these Terms and
Conditions.

Service Resident Membership of PPBP12 is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in the area of
Bandar Puteri Puchong 12, 47100 Selangor who are above the age of 18 years, in favor of the objects
and willing to abide by the registered rules of PPBP12 and the performance of any obligations you
may have under these Terms and Conditions at the time of registering as a Service Resident Member.
Only one account may be maintained per person representing a house address.
Every application for Service Resident membership shall be proposed and seconded by two existing
Service Resident Members and shall be forwarded to the Secretary who shall at the first convenient
opportunity submit it to the Principle Committee members for approval. The Principle Committee
members may at its discretion reject any application without assigning any reason thereon.

Every applicant whose application has been approved as foresaid shall, upon payment of the
prescribed entrance and subscription fees (in part or in full), be admitted as a Service Resident
Member of PPBP12 and shall be entitled to all the privileges of membership.
1. The one-time entrance fee for a new Service Resident Member is RM10.00.
2. Yearly (12 months) subscription and security services fees for a Service Resident Member is
RM600.00.
Term of payments is in advance and could either be paid by monthly payment of RM50.00, quarterly
payment of RM150.00 or in-full, RM600.00.
Payment made by monthly or quarterly shall be payable to the Treasurer or any collection officers

appointed by the Principle Committee members, in advance and before the 9 day of each calendar
month or the each quarterly calendar month.
Any Service Resident Member who allows his/her arrears to exceed two months shall receive a
written notification signed by or on behalf of the Secretary, and shall be denied privileges of
membership until he/she settles the dues.
Any Service Resident Member who allows his/her arrears to exceed five months shall automatically
cease to be a member of PPBP12 and the Principle Committee members may direct that legal action
be taken against him/her to resolve the arrears.
The Principle Committee members shall have the discretion to re-admit defaulters or waive any fees
that they deemed fit.
Resignation or Removal
Any Service Resident Member who wishes to resign from PPBP12 shall give two weeks’ notice in
writing to the Secretary and shall pay up all dues. The committee has the rights to suspend or remove
any Service Resident Member without notice, who does not abide by the registered rules of PPBP12
or these terms and conditions.
Voting Rights
All Service Resident Members shall have voting rights and entitle to vote and nominate their Principle
Committee members or pass any resolutions during an EGM or AGM.
Interpretation
In the event of any question or matter arising out of any point which is not expressly provided for in
these terms and conditions, the decision of the Principle Committee members shall be binding on all
Service Resident Members unless and until countermanded by a resolution of a general meeting.
