I was responsible for Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board
meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)ansd maintaining statutory books,
including registers of members, directors and secretaries. managing office space and
property and dealing with personnel administration.

This job also involved high degree of communication, co-ordination and sharing of prompt
information to other colleagues and higher level employees. dealing with correspondence,
collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the
relevant company stakeholders.moreover, contributing to meeting discussions as and when
required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of
proposed policies. entering into contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.

My performance was rewarded with new challenges such as training the newly hired people
into different roles.

Most recently, I was delighted to be selected for best employee. Moreover, a series of training
packages have been booked for me which will lead to the promotion into new higher by next
couple of months.

I learned for the first time to maintain databases and managed the data by using MS Excel, MS
Access related to the real world of work, although I had learned in my university classes.

Initially, I had joined it as a part time trainee and was to assist in different tasks coming across
all departments. My contribution to the business was realised, when my job was extended to a
full-time and permanent position involving multi-task oriented role.

With the multi-task oriented role, I was also handeled the customer support service, which was
basically related to handling of the queries from the customers regarding the IT services or
product they purchased. This helped to improve my communication skills .

As I worked across different departments, this job provided me a very good exposure of
multi-tasking.

I also demonstrated the skill of working in the most flexible working hours and also
achieved good performance in a new working environment. Hence, working in a new
environment is not a problem for me. I also firmly believe that constructive changes
always bring positive effect to the efficiency and constructive changes bring positive vibes
among the good work force.

Job Title- Internship
Address- Rawalpindi, PAKISTAN.
My main job was to assist second operation-in-charge of the branch in smooth running of the
back office. Another major responsibility was to complete the Collection and Clearing of
cheques within a timeline for every working day to and from the local branch of the central
bank. This job involved accuracy in the input of cheques to computer system of the branch and
ensuring the smooth flow of the cheques-transactions relating to other banks.
But I also had to help customer service desk during very busy business-hour which basically
involved tasks such as opening and closing of accounts, assisting in the remittance section as
well. Although I was just an intern for a period of 2 months, I was delighted to establish good
and lasting relationship with several regular customers and business account holders.
I had limited but wonderful opportunity to work with the credit department of the branch
which basically made me familiar with the way loans were sanctioned. I also got opportunity
to study some of the loan proposals files of local big business applicants.
I have also developed the skill of financial analysis which includes: comparative analysis of
financial statements, financial reports, graphical figures, analysis of financial ratios.

Job Title- Teacher(Part-Time)

This job helped me to learn making plans and working in schedule. This was first ever entry to
the real world of work in my life and was really great experience.
It helped me to broaden my knowledge on the computer matter with the method of learning by
teaching which also helped in my studies.
With this job, I developed the skill of evaluating and commenting on the performance of
students and also make necessary suggestions for the improvements.
I also came across the methods of motivating some of the students, who were not matching
their ability with performances and also nurturing those who lacked in ability.
