Description
Description of Business Process Enhancement will Support
A flag is maintained in the customer profile. Whenever a new order is created, this flag is
copied from the customer profile into the sales order header. To store this flag in the sales
order header, a new custom field would need to be defined in the sales order header table.
During the order change transaction, the user can modify the flag in the sales order. The
flag in NOT copied form the customer profile during Order Change. The order display
transaction should show this flag in the display mode. No changes should be allowed in
display mode.

Reason why the Standard SAP must be changed

This is custom functionality being introduced to suppor specific Wasserstrom requirement.

Program Requirements
Detailed logic for this enhancement is provided below:
New field ZPROFILE-HOLDBO is enabled in customer profile. (refer specs CR 2402 Specs
for changing customer profile)
During Sales order creation Hold Backorder (field ZPROFILE-HOLDBO) value needs to be
copied onto sales order.
Sales Order creation (VA01 Transaction) provide user to change the Hold Backorder value
and if user changes the Hold Backorder, the changed value needs to be saved in sales order
table.
Sales order Change (VA02 Transaction) provides the user to change the Hold Backorder
value.
Hold Backorder value needs to be stored in the Sales order table as new field VBAKZZHOLDBO.
Currently there are some fields are getting copied from the customer profile and will be
modified during sales order process. The same functionality will be extended for the Hold
Backorder.
Following is the Sales order Transaction Header data Additional tab new field Shipment
consolidation needs to be enabled.
