30 Days of
Prayer
For
close to home by praying for your own city. Ask
Jesus to teach you how to have His eyes and heart
for the community so you can pray with the same
love that caused Him to weep over Jerusalem

Southwest Florida
(Luke 19:41). Then use this 30-day prayer guide to
intercede for your town, in your neighborhood, and
with city influencers.

THIRD TEN DAYS

Pray with people who can influence your city. “As for me, far be it from me that I should
sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you” (1 Samuel 12:23).

1. Pray with elected officials for the decisions they make to have positive effects
on the community.
2. Pray with social workers about the families they serve.
3. Pray with educators for the children they teach.
4. Pray with business owners for financial blessings on their businesses and the
community.
5. Pray with police officers for all neighborhoods to have protection and peace.
6. Pray with firefighters for safety and security in the city.
7. Pray with doctors and nurses for their patients who need healing.
8. Pray with coaches about the athletes they work with.
9. Pray with journalists for God to use them to report stories that honor true faith,
hope, and love.
10. Pray with pastors for their congregations to have an impact on the city for
Jesus Christ.

Man in the Mirror

This study has helped thousands of men understand the person who stares
back at them from the glass each morning. If life’s demands are constantly
pressuring you to run faster and jump higher, this study is for you. The Man in
the Mirror offers a penetrating, pragmatic, and life-changing look at how to
trade the rat race for the rewards of godly manhood.

The King and I

Do you feel hectic and harried… divided and drained? There are so many
things pulling at us. Jesus calls us to shift our focus and get away with Him.
He says, “Come unto me and I will give you rest.” In times like these, it’s time
to seek Him out like never before. This study will focus on how to know God
on a more intimate level and learn what kind of difference that can make in
our day-to-day lives with our unique challenges and struggles. Knowing Him
better gives us the courage and strength to live life. If you desire to get to
know Him, along with a group of women who care about each other, come
join this new women’s Bible and Life Group meeting together on Saturday
nights after the worship service. Let’s walk with Him together!
