Check tender drawings with construction drawings issued by the main

contractor as well as the B.O.Q and specifications for any discrepancy in
quantities/design.

Preparation of Shop drawing Log/Materials submittal log as per construction

program and getting approved by consultant.

Preparation of material submittal and getting it approved by consultant.

Arranging the materials as per approved shop drawing/material submittal.

Follow-up with suppliers for the delivery of materials.

Site Progress:

Monitor progress of work as per program and inform in writing through site
memo to the Main Contractor for any delay in Civil Works, which is affecting
Installation Progress.

Supervise Installation of DDC Panels, cable trays/conduit etc.

Supervised installation of various sensors/actuators, its cable termination,

to sensor and panel and testing its continuity.

Prepare monthly measurement of work at site and send it to planning

department for monthly billing.

Raising Check list for approval from consultant for work completed.

Attend all internal site coordination meetings and external meetings with
