EXTRA ATTEMPT EXAMINATIONS FOR FAILURE STUDENTS OF

(1) The Institute has decided to arrange Extra Attempt Examinations in the month of May 2016 for the following six (6)

(2) Examination Application Forms will be submitted online through Institutes website (www.icmap.com.pk). Dates for submission
of Examination Application Forms are April 04, 2016 to April 11, 2016 with normal fee and with 100% late fee upto
April 18, 2016 and with 200% late fee upto April 22, 2016.
(3) The Extra Attempt Examinations, May 2016 of the Institute will be held from Monday, May 16, 2016 to Thursday,
May 19, 2016, both in morning and afternoon shifts.
(4) The Extra Attempt Examinations, May 2016 will be held at above mentioned ICMA Pakistan Examination Centres
provided that there are at least 10 candidates enrolled in each respective paper at overseas centres (Dubai & Riyadh)
only.

The answer scripts will be provided to the examinees before the start of examination time (MCQs and/ or Extra Reading
Time) with the restriction not to write on the answer script. Moreover, examinees will not be allowed to write in the
answer scripts or write/ attempt the question papers during extra reading time of 15 minutes. This time is allowed exclusively
for READING, UNDERSTANDING AND REFLECTING THE QUESTION PAPER. Examinees may only underline or
highlight any word or sentence on the question paper and may use simple, non-programmable calculators during Extra
Reading Time period.

Other operational activities shall be carried out as per the approved exam protocols observed for regular examinations.
