DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Conditional Sale made and entered into by and between:
PAMPANGAS BEST, INC. (PBI), a corporation organized and validly existing
under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office at Dela Paz Norte, City of
San Fernando, Pampanga, duly represented herein by its Marketing Director, ANGELICA O.
HIZON, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;
-and______________________, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of
_______________________________________________, hereinafter referred
to as the BUYER,
-WITNESSETH1. That the SELLER is the absolute owner of the following 1 Unit Motorcycle with
Insulated Van more particularly described as follows:

2. For and in consideration of the sum of Pesos __________________________

___________________ (P Amount), Philippine currency, to be paid in the manner
herein below specified, the SELLER hereby sells, transfers, and conveys unto the BUYER the
above-described Motorcycle Unit with Insulated Van Box. The aforesaid sum of P _______
shall be paid to the SELLER, as follows:

3. It is hereby agreed and stipulated by and between the parties hereto that the
ownership over the Motorcycle Unit with Insulated Van Box shall remain with the SELLER until
such time that the BUYER has fully paid the purchase price thereof. SELLER shall also execute

and deliver to the BUYER the Deed of Absolute Sale upon the full payment by the BUYER of the
purchase price.
4. It is further agreed that should any of the above-mentioned checks be dishonored, the
BUYER shall:
4.1. be given a grace period of five (5) days to replace the dishonored check with
cash. If BUYER fails to comply with the 5-day grace period, BUYER shall be considered
in default, and any payment made at the time of default shall be automatically forfeited
in favor of the SELLER.
4.2. be automatically charged a penalty equivalent to 5% of the value of the
check.
4.3 The BUYER agrees to return and surrender the Motorcycle Unit with
insulated Van Box upon his/her failure to comply with the terms of payment in as good a
condition as reasonable wear and tear will permit and without delay whatsoever.
