German plate

Ingredients (for a plate)

1 big and smoky chop


2 German sausages or Poles
1 big onion cut in ribbons or feathers
1 cup of sour cabbage or sauerkraut (already prepared)
Oil.
4 cooked potatoes and cut in cubes
It pinches of salt and pinch of sugar
1 spoonful of butter

Preparation

In a big pan with a little bit of water are boiled or they roast the chop and

Ingredients

1 small flask of pickled pickles


2 bundle of fresh parsley

1 flask of mayonnaise of 500grmaos or 2 cups

Preparation

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
6 yolks of eggs

of cup of liquor Grand Marnier or Cointreau or some of orange

Preparation
