Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that some customers of ours have
been receiving speculative invoices demanding payment for Virtual and
Registered office services by a company purporting to be WestOne
Virtual Office Group Ltd.
If you have been, or are at any time in the future, issued with an invoice
from an individual or organisation with the WestOne Business Group
branding, please be aware that you should report this to the relevant
authorities outlined at the end of this email.
For the avoidance of doubt, both offices at 'Suite 4B, 43 Berkeley
Square' and 'Office 36, 88-90 Hatton Garden' are operated solely by
CMI Business Group Ltd T/A Hatton & Berkeley. At no point does
'WestOne Virtual Office Group Ltd' or anyone claiming to be an
employee or affiliate of WestOne have a relationship, operational or
otherwise, with Hatton & Berkeley.
CMI took over operations of both sites as of 1st of July 2014 and have
been servicing your requirements since. We are always happy for
clients to visit the offices in person to meet the team.
Our Virtual Office licensing under the London Local Authorities Act 2007
('Registration Number: 135' - for W1 and 'Registration Number 051694' for EC1, registered to CMI Business Group Ltd) are easily confirmed
with Trading Standards and the relevant borough officers for each. Ive
included their contact information for you below, and ask anyone
experiencing any doubts whatsoever about this issue to contact them
immediately. They will be able to affirm that we are the licensed
