POLICY STATEMENT :
It is the policy of Ramada Resort Camakila Bali to ensure that all vehicles
come to the hotel
Confirmed to be check.
DEFINITION :
Vehicle inspection is an inspection process to all vehicles entering the
hotel premises.
PURPOSE :
To prevent and identify any dangerous material and/or prohibited material
such as, but not limited to, Improvise Explosive Devise (IED) from entering
the property
PROCEDURES/GUIDELINES :
1. All vehicles entering the Ramada Resort Camakila Bali will be check
visually by Security Personnel at Main Gate.
2. The portal will remain close until the vehicle has been check and
Officer In-charge gives a sign that the vehicle is clear/safe to enter
hotel premises.
3. Vehicle carry suspicious material that could endanger the Guest,
Employee and Hotel, may not allowed coming into the hotel.
4. Security Personnel will record all vehicles in details, such us Plate
Number, Brand, Color, Purpose, and Time In/Out.
5. If any other concern related to Safety & Security measure, will have to
be recorded accordingly.
6. Security has to ensure before start to check the vehicle, have to greet
the passenger/driver and inform that for Security Reason their vehicle
will be checked.
7. Car:
a. Stop the vehicle and Greeting the driver and passenger politely.
i. Selamat Pagi/Siang/Malam
ii. Welcome to Ramada Resort Camakila Bali, for your Safety
and Security reason please allow me to check your car.
iii. Thank you and have a nice .
b. Inspection process:
i. Ask the driver to lower the windows, to ensure inspector
could see/recognize the driver and/or passengers.

ii. Security will inspect under the car by camera.

c. Observe the drivers/passengers body language to see if they
are nervous or anxious
d. No
physical
contact
between
inspector
and
passenger/driver is allowed
e. Give the passenger and driver a warm thank you after the
inspection
8. Motor Bike
a. Stop the bike, by given Balinese Hand Gesture.
b. Greeting the driver politely:
i. Selamat Pagi/Siang/Malam
ii. Welcome to Ramada Resort Camakila Bali, for your Safety
and Security reason please allow me to check your car.
iii. Thank you and have a nice .
c. Inspection process:
i. Ask driver to open the seat
ii. Ask driver to open their jacket and bags (if any)
d. Observe the drivers/passengers body language to see if they
are nervous or anxious
e. No
physical
contact
between
inspector
and
passenger/driver is allowed
f. Give the driver a warm thank you after inspect the bike.
9. Record the vehicle details at Vehicle Inspection Log (As mention above
point 4).
10. Security Personnel have to ensure that during inspection in process,
the portal should remain close until inspection process is done and no
suspicious item was detect/found.
11. While conducting vehicle inspection Team was found and/or indicate
suspicious items inside the vehicle, Security Personnel at Main
Entrance will double check the vehicle and give a code to Security
Control Officer (CCTV Room) to monitor via Camera Monitor and radio.
12. If after conduct second inspection, suspicious items still
found/indicate. Security Personnel have to ask the driver/passenger to
show their belonging.
13. If the item was Explosive Devices and would be exploded at Pullman
Bali Legian Nirwana. Security at Main Entrance has to ensure gate
should be closed and as much as possible Security Personnel could
disable the driver/passenger. If its possible inform Security Control
Officer to evacuate all guests and employees.
