LEADERSHIP/COMMUNICATIONS

Led multi-disciplined business analysis team to evaluate worldwide cash flows and securities trade flows for multiple
country sites of global bank client, analyzing local market requirements. The client's executive management team was
able to take these recommendations, standardizing and/or centralizing processes for expense reduction, operational
efficiencies and risk mitigation so that they felt our team was an extension of their management team.
Designed the first strategic evaluation of the Real Estate Market penetration for a Big 4 consulting firm, including current
buyer positioning, buying culture, sales cycle and services sold. Sales management acted upon this market profile and
strategic plan for C-Suite penetration and cross selling, reducing overhead expense and roadmapping for increased sales.
Partners agreed on recommended steps that needed to be taken.
Built out $15M revenue/year West Coast regional territory for cash management clients and prospects for money center
bank, winning 6 major national sales, managing and growing the client relationships.
Set up a new client portfolio out of neglected asset management firms for cash management and securities services,
resulting in $12M/year new revenue, four new clients, including two major middle office outsourcing sales.
Organized and emceed client event for money center bank to showcase asset management client presenters to visiting
Chinese Chief Executive Officers.
Held multi-session group and individual orals prep with partners and presenters, coaching on presentation skills and
content. Among results were: the winning of a disaster recovery/business continuity management sale for a wealth
management enterprise and a national audit win where the client stated our firm team was best in presentation and
addressed the solution through national control as they had desired.
Designed presentation decks, placemats and content for RFP's/RFI's. Negotiated contracts and Service Level Agreements
with Legal, Operations, Product Management and Clients.
Managed sales and sales support teams, mentoring to develop individuals' abilities and skillsets.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Introduced new product roll-out of Working Capital Management Account (WCMA) to middle market clients for broker
dealer. Designed and conducted seminars for prospects and in-company presentations to showcase services/benefits.
Coordinated major custody operating platform transition due to money center bank merger (Chemical Bank to Chase
Manhattan Bank) for portfolio of asset management clients. Built solid relationships with clients' front, middle and back
offices so that we incorporated changes and minimized the impact on their underlying clients for a client retention
benefit.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Built strategic plan for increasing global bank penetration for multi-disciplined team of partners and staff, resulting in
over 125 calls the initial year (mainly new buyers) and identification and closing of new consulting service sales.

Coordinated global sales strategy, leveraging the sharing of positioning, sales engagements and intelligence across
Europe, Asia and US to manage the client relationship and develop cross selling plans.
Led multi-disciplined teams combining in-house US and Brazilian specialists covering Securities Operations, Technology,
Legal, Client Servicing, Cash Management, Funds Distribution and Compliance/Risk to engineer a customized solution for
funds servicing administration and distribution for a major US asset management prospect. This project allowed the
company to open up a Brazilian market in its global strategic plan, partnering with our firm.
