ForSupplyPrice
1. Manufacturing and supply of building will be initiated only after receipt of complete
engineeringpackagedulyapprovedbytheclient.
2. Bothpartiesagreedthatthepricequotedinthisquotationisbasedonalumpsumbasis
calculatedaccordingtothebuildingdescriptionsandnotasaremeasurablebasis.
3. Civil work like footings, brick wall, and flooring is not included in the scope of H.H.R.
Hence accuracy in civil work is to be assured by Client. The footings must fulfill the
loadingcapacityofourcolumnreactionsandsizesofourbaseplates&anchorbolts.
4. Anchor bolt plan (by H.H.R) needs to be followed strictly by client regarding critical
measurementsandclearancerequirementasperdrawings.
5. Spaceforstorageofmaterialwillbeprovidedneartheworkareaandcoveredstorefor
smallparts,insulationwillalsobeprovidednearby.
6. We have based our offer on present day market prices (raw materials & dollar rates).
AnyvariationintheabovewillbeclaimedtoClient
7. TransportationisIncludedinourScopebut any additional charges like transportation in
partial shipment, idol labor for delayed material supply, shall be paid by Client.

8. Weshallbecompensatedforanychangeinthebuildingparameters/extraworks.
9. IfthejobisOnHoldfromclientduetopaymentissuesorapprovaldrawingsorany
reasonbeforereleasetoengineering&productionforoveraperiodof20days,H.H.R
reservestherighttochangethesupplypriceaspermarketratesatthetimeofrelease.
10. It is customers responsibility to check the specifications of supplied items otherwise
H.H.Rwillnotberesponsibleforanyqualityissuesatlaterstages.
