There is a well equipped First Aid Box and Fire

Extinguishers in every vehicle for Passengers Safety.

(annexure attached) for periodical service and repair &

maintenance of vehicle.

For providing healthy, hygienic and safe environment,

the vehicle is being cleaned and checked after every
trip.

Keeping in view of health and comfort of passengers

all the seats of bus are provided with headrests.

Washing of Sheet Covers and curtains is being done

every Week or as per requirement which ever is first.

Our Vehicles have Superior Music System, Time clock,

and Emergency Phone Nos. List.

Shree Shyam has manpower of about 110 employees
Comprising of drivers, conductors, supervisor, repair &
Maintenance and administrative staff. Discipline is
Foremost and foundation of our Company, we
Appreciate any suggestion/complaint in reference to
Our services and employees. We also inform the
Customers about the action taken.
The Drivers are selectively chosen on the basis of
past experience, Education and training.

 We

verify

all

the

credentials

&

reference

documents before appointing any driver/cleaners.

Background check is being done for drivers &
conductors to verify their conduct.

Every driver has Valid License and Passenger

Badge

and

above

all

having

good

pleasing

behavioral manners to deal with all kinds of valued

customers.
Drivers and cleaner uniform have Name badge.
Mobile

Phones

are

being

provided

to

Driver/Cleaners of every bus for communication to

avoid any unnecessary waiting and delay.
Regular

Medical

Checkup

of

staff

is

being

conducted.
Drivers Duty Maximum 12 Hours in a day

Staff is given one day weekly rest.

Staff salaries are paid on 7th of every month.

We maintain proper personal file of all our staff

including drivers & cleaners.

Rest rooms & canteen facility is provided for all

the staff.
