Finding and Observation

The main cause of unemployment is the lack of working facilities and the
resident qualification and skills.
If people with better skills and qualification move to the community they
will more likely to get jobs over the less qualify person.
The buyer of labour has the upper hand as there demand fewer workers.
Males are mostly unemployed over the females within the community.
Self-employed is a better way to employed yourself if you dont have any
skills and qualification.
About 37of 50 persons that receive the qualification dont have any
qualification, if there is one job available that they would fit for it would be
a chance of 37:1 they will receive that one job.

Recommendation
To reduce unemployment in the District of Boundbrook Port Antonio and
improving the chance of resident receiving job and develop the community.
The resident can improve their level of education and skills to obtain
a job.
Job centres and more advertising of available jobs reduce
unemployment, it increase the chance of those between jobs and
those searching for a better jobs to find jobs.
The building of more working facilities in the community will help
develop the community by a high and stable level of employment and
rising standard of living.
If All the resident come together to form a club in the community that
will help each other and look out for others that associated with
giving people opportunity to be employed and help secure the
community. For eg Neighborhood watch.
More retraining program, this will grows occupationally immobile
and unemployed. Retraining also make those who are unemployed
through Structural Unemployment more employable training will also
assist those who are Seasonally Unemployed to find jobs during low
season of the year.

 Building a factory that will provide labour for both the unskills and
unqualifly and the skill and qualify persons. For eg a Banana Factory
the unskill persons would have packed the finish goods in boxes to
transport and mean while the skill person would operate the machines
within the factory.

Conclusion

In this investigation of unemployment in the District of Boundbrook Port Antonio,

I have come to realize the effect of unemployment and the causes of it within the
community. It is maintaining one of the biggest problems in the community that
peoples are facing and there are trying and unable to find a job.
