MRP-Q Nuclear Magnetic

Resonance Logging System

> Introduction
MRP-Q logging system is the newest generation of logging system which is developed by Crystal Globe Geophysical R&S.
Crystal Globe Geo. has a strong technical force and rich experience in
the oil field. The company is located in Houston, and the customers are
scattered around the world. Our technical engineers with a long
experience in oil well loggingconcentrate on well logging research.
Analysis of geological characteristics and identification oil-gas zones
and water zones by MRP-Q
Measuring nuclear magnetic relaxation through Spin echo method.
The system can bring three advantages as stated
1. Superior signal-to-noise ratio
2. No requirement for the uniformity of magnetic field
3. Spin echo impulse sequence
MRP-Q Interpretation model is similar to NMR porosity, permeability
and bound water model. But the hydrocarbon model is a dual water
model, combined with conventional logging MRP-Q can detect oil and
gas.

> Application of MRP-Q

* Borehole structure research and formation fluid producing evaluation.

* Oil-gas recognition and oil-water interface determining.
* Deriving formation parameters through measure MRP basic parameters
* Formation permeability; Formation fluid; Pore size of formation porosity;
* Fluid viscosity.
* Formation parameters by direct measurement:
-- TPHI
-- MPHI
-- MBVI
-- MFFI

> MRP-Q Including:

* MREE-MR electronic energie. This is an energy storage unit. The unit includes 10 capacitors. Quick-acting charging with every cycle for transmitting a high-frequency impulse.
* MREP-MR electronic plant. Combining with power supply module, stimulate module,
transmitter module, transmitter interface module, antenna interface module,
pre-amplification module, B1 sensor. Providing high voltage radio-frequency pulse to
transmitting antenna and achieving communication with ground system.
* MRMD-MR magnetic detector. Nuclear magnetism sensor with 6 external diameter. it
consists with relay assembly, host magnet, antenna, pre-polarized magnet. MRMD is a
core component part of MRP-Q. It can form gradient magnetic field B0, transmit RF
impulse and receive NMR signal.
