Dear Sir,
I, undersigned, came to know from different sources that Bosepukur Srishti Welfare

Foundation (SRISHTI) is a NON-PROFIT, socially committed association of like-minded

citizens. Aim of SRISHTI is to reach out to the community at large by providing Academic grants to
under privileged meritorious students with acute financial crisis through STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
program. Going beyond one time support, the scholarship is in the nature of annual grant and
scholarships will continue until the students finish their higher studies.
In order to reach out to more people and to spread our message on Student Scholarships, SRISHTI is
organizing an awareness event on

25th day of January, 2015 at Gitanjali Stadium, Kasba

Rajdanga. A photography exhibition will part of that event and I wish to participate as
photographer to display .........................(count) art works details of such is attached herewith.
I will be abiding by the following rules of the event:
1. I do hereby consign unto the Srishti the artworks which are listed herewith and are the subject of this
Agreement, receipt of which in good condition is hereby acknowledged by the Srishti.
2. The Srishti shall hold the artworks which are the subject of this Agreement in trust for the benefit of
me. Srishti shall offer the artworks for display cum sale for the retail price designated on the attached
list and shall receive a 20% commission on each sale as donation towards the scholarship program,
against which I may request for form 80G.
3. The proceeds of any sale shall be held in trust for the benefit of mine by the Srishti and collection of
cost from buyer will be responsible of mine. Srishti will not be in between me & buyer.

4. The risk of loss under this Agreement rests with the me during/after the event. If the artworks are
damaged, it is the responsibility of the mine, not the Srishti in any way. Thus there will no liability lays
with Srishti in any way. So myself will be responsible to review of the inventory, display and security
mechanism for safety of their artwork.
5. All artwork will be numbered, titled, photographer name and coded price. Print prices (a code to be
displayed) do not include framing, archival mounting and matting. The Srishti will assure me that all
received artworks shall be returned and all works will be carefully maintained.
6. I shall provide the Srishti with the name of all clients who purchase prints. In the event that a client
shall contact the Artist and attempt to purchase a print during the term of this Agreement,
7. Artworks will be shared by me only for display and sale (if at all) from the event, thus Srishti will not
take any responsibility or commitment for safety, security, sell or any dispute settlement between me &
the buyer.
8. This Agreement is valid for 25th day of January, 2015 only and will not valid after the event is over on
the same day.
9. Cost of artwork will be intimated and discussed with Srishti prior to event and included the list
attached herewith.
