A description of each officer position is as follows-

- President- Manage and oversee the entire executive board and maintain order within the general body.
- Vice President- Serve as an internal management resource. The Vice President's role is to mediate conflicts within
the organization as well as the executive board and maintain a fun and inclusive environment for its members.
- Secretary- Duties for the Secretary are taking minutes during meetings, drafting emails, reserving meeting space,
and other such tasks.
- Treasurer- The Treasurer maintains the organization bank account, deals with on and off campus funding sources,
and collects dues.
- Ambassador- The Ambassador serves a public relations purpose. The Ambassador deals primarily with other
organizations, maintains good relationships, and communicates effectively on behalf of PSA.
- Events Coordinator- To plan, organize, and oversee all PSA events. This involves organization, creativity, as well
as knowledge of campus resources.
- Logistics Coordinator- The Logistics Coordinator is in charge of making sure that the logistics of every event are
taken care of. This means meeting deadlines, filling out forms, keeping in close contact with the SALD and other
vital campus offices.

1. Why did you pick this position and what previous experience makes you qualified for the
position?

2. Conflicts are common when working in teams. Even though conflicts can benefit a team they
can be really frustrating. How do you plan to handle any conflicts that you might come across
while working with PSA team? Make sure you highlight two conflict resolution strategies that
you plan to implement while handling these conflicts.

3. Being on the executive committee of PSA takes a lot of time and commitment. How have you
demonstrated your ability to manage time and work under pressure?

4. Last but certainly not the least, why do you think there is a need to promote Pakistani culture
in UT through PSA?
