Common Sense II – Nine Constitutional Amendments

(28) English is the official language of the United States. Other then Colleges,
Translators, Schools, and Universities no Private or Public funds will be spent to
advertise or promote any foreign language. With the exception of those citizens having
been incarcerated, found guilty of a violet felony, or judged mentally incompetent within
the previous six years, It is the absolute right of every citizen to carry, own, purchase any
firearm & ammunition of their choice. All Elections; city, county, state and federal shall
be conducted on Independence Day-July 4th. All runoff and/or special elections shall be
conducted on Labor Day-September 4th. No citizen of the United States shall be required
under any circumstances to work on Independence Day-July 4th and/or Labor Day-
September 4th. Any citizen of the United States working on either or both Independence
Day-July 4th and or Labor Day-September 4th shall receive no less then five times the
minimum wage per hour. A citizen of the United States shall not have their work
schedule or income adjusted, restructured, or reduced in any means for working or not
working on either or both Independence Day-July 4th or Labor Day-September 4th.

(29) A citizen of the United States is a person having at least one biological parent who is
a citizen of the United States. A citizen of a foreign nation may only become a citizen if
said person has been honorably discharged after four years of active duty in an armed
service (Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy, or Coast Guard) of the United States. If prior
to the four years is disabled or killed by an enemy action, upon the request of a disabled
or in the case a decreased person, the request of their nearest living relative the decreased
shall become a citizen of the United States. The spouse and biological children of a
decreased or disabled person while on active duty shall become citizens of the United
States. Only citizens of the United States shall vote, hold civil service, elected or
politically appointed office at any level of government (city, county, state or federal).

(30) No person shall spend more then twelve years in any elected, politically appointed
office or combination there of; weather it is at the city, county, state or federal level. No
elected and or politically appointed person shall receive annually more then twelve times
the minimum wage during their term of service. Other then the President and Vice
President of the United States no elected or politically appointed person shall receive any
benefit, bonus, compensation, health care, retirement, or severance from any city, county,
state or federal source after leaving office.

(31) No person shall serve in any elected or politically appointed office weather it is at
the city, county, state or federal level with in three years of their being employed directly
or indirectly in any commercial organization regulated by or has annually received more
then twelve hundred times the minimum wage from one or any combination of city,
county, state or federal sources. No person shall be employed within three years of
serving in any elected or politically appointed office in any position directly or indirectly
with a commercial organization regulated by or has received annually more then twelve
hundred times the minimum wage from any or combination of city, county, state or
federal sources. No business, organization or person shall directly or indirectly
contribute, donate, give, or loan any political candidate, party, organization or
combination there of annually more then twelve times the minimum wage.

(32) All levels of government (city, county, state or federal) shall maintain balanced
budgets. Only in a time of declared war shall the federal government and only the federal
government have a budget deficit. With the expectation of a three percent Social Security
Tax paid by both Employees & Employers, United States citizens and organizations shall
not pay more then twelve percent of their gross annual income in taxes. Three percent
each to city, state and federal governments with an additional one quarter of one percent
property tax to a county (parish). Citizens of the United States over sixty-five and
disabled veterans having an annual income less then six times the minimum wage shall
pay no taxes. With the exception of following organizations there shall be no debts,
credits, or other situation to reduce these four taxes. Annually on November first each
member of the U.S. House of Representatives shall nominate one organization to be tax
exempt for the following year. Each member of the U.S. Senate shall nominate two
organizations from the Houses list. The President shall reduce the Senate list to one
organization for each state & territory. All government (city, county, state or federal)
licensees, registrations, and/or usurer fees shall be no more then twelve dollars annually.
All parking, traffic fines, and any related costs shall be no more then twelve dollars per
event. All food and medicine shall be tax free. There shall be a twelve percent sales tax
on all products sold in the United States and a twenty-four percent capital gains tax. All
funds collected from capital gains and sales taxes shall go to pay off the national dept.
After the national dept is paid; capital gains and sales taxes shall be reduced to three
percent each. All funds collected from this three percent capital gains and sales tax shall
be deposited in an interested bearing accounts such a mutual funds or certificate of
deposits to be accessed only in declared war or national emergency.

(33) No government agency or organization city, county, state or federal shall require any
citizen of the United States or organization to have, keep or purchase any product and/or
service from any business or organization. Citizens of the United States have an absolute
right to privately of all their financial, medical, personal information. No organization or
person shall give, keep, maintain, produce, receive or transfer any information on any
citizen of the United States without that citizen’s written consent. No citizen of the
United States may be denied any product or service by any organization or person from
their denial to allow said organization or person give, keep, maintain, produce, receive or
transfer said information. With the exception of foreign diplomats and exchange officers
only appointed, civil service, elected or military members of the United States shall work
on or in any building, facility or property of the United States for more then twelve hours
a week. With the exception of foreign diplomats, exchange officers, agricultural workers
harvesting crops & ocean mariners in ports only Citizens of the United States shall be
employed in the United States. Only Citizens and organizations solely charted in the
United States shall own land in the in the United States.

(34) All Judges at the city, county, state or federal levels (including the Supreme Court)
shall be civilian and elected to six years terms of office. No citizen of the United States
including Military personal shall under any situation or event forfeit their life, liberty, or
property without the one hundred percent agreement of a Jury of at least twelve civilian
citizens of the United States. Citizens of the United States shall be released on their own
recognizes for any offence for which the penalty is less then three years of incarceration.
All Trials of Citizens of the United States shall begin with in thirty days and end with in
ninety days of their arrest. All executions in the United States shall be the last Monday of
the Month, be by hanging by the neck, public and in the open air.

(35) The United States shall not have a negative trade balance or position with any
country or foreign nation. A negative trade balance or position is one in which a country
or foreign nation exports more material or products by value to the United States then the
United States exports by value to said nation or county. United States trade balances shall
be calculated on the last day of each month in United States Dollars. Any foreign nation
having more then a twelve hundred dollars negative trade balance shall not export to the
United States any products for the following three months. Capital, financial events
and/or situations such as certificates of deposits, checking and savings accounts, mutual
funds, money markets and similar investments shall not be calculated under any
circumstances in any foreign nation trade balance.

(36) Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does
not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that
applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of
the United States
