What if?

1. Intro warm-up situation

Narration

Antonio Cortez and Oscar one of his brothers are talking on the phone. Oscar has a
girl problem They're not planning a wedding, and Oscar doesn't have plans to buy
matching engagement rings just yet, but who knows what will happen if Oscar
follows Antonio's advice, maybe it could lead to a search to buy engagement
wedding bands.

Conversation

Nothing... you
know, I really like
this girl, and I
want to ask her
out.

Hey, Oscar,
what's up?

So, what's the

problem?
Well, what if I
ask her and she
says no?

Well, maybe if I
were in a band,
she'd go out with
me. Do you want
to start a band?

Yeah. Well, I think

her last boyfriend
had a really cool
car. Maybe if I had
a nicer car, she'd
say yes.

Why would
she say no?

No. You don't

even play an
instrument. That's
crazy.

I don't know.
She's really
pretty. If I were
better-looking,
she might say
yes.

Well, if I had more

money, I could take
her to a really nice
restaurant. Hey,
could I borrow some
money?

You're lucky to
have a car.

You look fine.

You can't worry
about that.

No way, then
she'd expect you
to take her to
nice restaurants
all the time.
Yeah,
you're right.

Look, maybe if you werent

so nervous about it, she'd
say yes. Just be yourself
and ask her out. If she likes
you, she'll go out with you.
Yeah, you're
right. I'll call
her and ask
her out.

Okay... Wait
Antonio. Wait. What
if she says yes, but
she really doesn't
like me? Antonio?
Antonio?

Great. I'll see

you later. Let me
know what
happens.
