Chapli Kebabs
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
This recipe is for Chapli Kebabs. There are so many different kinds of kebabs out there, and
this one has it's name because it's supposed to be thin like a chapal (Pakistani slipper). Mine
were thin but could have been thinner - but oh well! They tasted really good anyway!

Grind the seeds in a spice grinder until a coarse powder is formed. You could use normal
ground coriander too, but this recipe does require a much coarser powder than normal.

Add 1 pound lamb mince.

Blitz once again! (How easy is this recipe? The blender does most of the work.)

Dump the mixture into a mixing bowl, and give it a quick stir by hand to make sure everything
is combined.

Shape the kebabs into patties, and try and make them as thin as possible. Fry in hot oil until
cooked all the way through.

Serve straight away with a salad and pitta bread!
