Highlights
The highlights of the year were the Units summer camps and
expeditions that started off with Endeavour ESU having a joint
camp with 2nd Much Scouts at Thriftwood Scout Campsite near
Brentwood.
It was their first camp away from the St Elizabeth’s grounds for
many years. They took 16 young people and 16 carers to camp
plus the Leaders which was a fantastic effort. They even had
Explorers come over for the day that enabled them to do
activities that they don’t normally do. Voyager ESU joined them
on Friday night and helped put up their tents so when they 2010
arrived they weren’t hanging around too long.
This year we are planning to open two more Units in the District.
