***DISCLAIMER****
The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of
racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules
shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are
deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY
SHALL RESULT FROM THE PUBLICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR
REGULATIONS. They are intended entirely as a guide for the conduct of the sport and in no
way guarantee against injury or death to any participant, spectator or official. The race director
or Head Tech Inspector shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation
from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in their opinion do
not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
SAFETY SHALL RESULY FROM SUCH ALTERATIONS OR DEVIATIONS. Any interpretation or
deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials and is final and binding. On
occasion when situations arise that are not covered by written rules herein, special rulings may
be put into effect by the track officials. Once such rulings are acted upon, they may become an
act of policy and will be added to the existing rules of procedures.

RACE PROCEDURES
Qualifying: When a suitable transponder timing system is available, the field will be broken up
into small groups. These groups will run in short sessions to seed heat race starting lineup.
When timing system or time constraints dictate, the heats will be seeded by blind draw.
Heat Races: Heat races will consist of up to 6 cars or trucks running 4 laps to determine
placement in semi-finals and LCQ races.
Semi and LCQ Races: Races will consist of up to 10 cars or trucks racing 10 laps for
advancement into the main-event.
Main Event Race: Races will consist of up to 10 cars or trucks racing 10 laps for overall event
class win.
Starting Procedure: All races are started from a standing start. Fastest qualifier or winner of
the blind draw will start on inside closest to the first corner apex. Cars will start side by side in
heats and staggered in mains. Race will begin by waving of the green flag or activation of the
green starting light.
Penalty Box: Drivers must report to the penalty box for a complete stop and go penalty when
black flagged. This is used to execute penalties for aggressive driving or jumping starts without
stopping the race.
Joker Lap: The circuit will have a main course and an alternate that must be utilized once by
each driver during the race. This is known as the joker lap. This alternate lap may be faster or
slower depending on the venue. Failing to joker will result in being placed behind all the
drivers in the final results that have jokered.
Flags: Green starts race, White indicates one lap to go, Yellow indicates a stalled car or
obstruction is on the course, Red flag means stop for safety crew; emergency on the track and
the Checkered flag means the end of the race.
Aggressive Driving: Due to the nature of the sport of rallycross, incidental contact can be
expected. Intentional crashing of competitors determined by the race director is strictly
prohibited and will be dealt with through penalty or disqualification. Race others the way you
expect to be raced.
Course Cutting: Any driver determined to have gained position intentionally or unintentionally
by leaving the racing course will be subjected to penalty unless the driver self corrects (i.e.,
gives back gained position by pulling over)
Race winner is the first driver to cross the finish line after completing one joker and the
determined number of laps.

claim the winning car or truck. The price is $1,500 cash and swap vehicles. Seat, belts and fuel
safety cell are not included in the exchange. All drivers including winner are eligible for the
claim. Names will be drawn from a pool of claiming drivers with the draw winner getting the
option to claim. If the race winners name is drawn, he or she can keep his car or claim a
