Requirements For
Service Apartments
a) Service Apts
i) Incoming power 3 Phase 60A
ii) Individual electrical meter for every unit including dual key units.
iii) Separated electrical meter for lifts
iv) Clear floor height slab to slab at least 3300mm
v) Unit numbering to avoid no 4.
vi) Letter Box to design a centralised letter box system to each block
with access to control access for POS Msia.
vii) Air/Con ledge Must be concealed with MS louvers & with opening
from outside / inside and lockable.
viii) Incoming telekom exchange with fiber ready.
ix) Separated water meter for each unit including dual key.
x) Roof type Depending on Arch design and proposal.
xi) Corridor walkway width must be at least 1,500mm wide.
xii) Car park level efficiency must be around 350 sq ft 450 sq ft.
xiii) Allocation of car park, to follow authoritys requirements.
xiv) Refuse chamber Design for each block must have individual refuse
chamber with external access for garbage trucks.
