Maintenance Services

In order to improve Reliability at our customers, Improvia


Energi provide full services of Maintenance Activity. This
would include Preventive Maintenance, Predictive
Maintenance (Condition Based Monitoring), Corrective
Maintenance, and also Maintenance Management.

Preventive Maintenance
In modern maintenance method, preventive maintenance
are still considered as an important task to do. :
Scheduled Maintenance such as Cleaning,
Inspection, Daily Reporting
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services. These
services include provision of personnel with expertise
in their fields. Improvia provide Operators,
Supervisors, Technician (Mechanical and E&I) along
with the proper Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) in accordance to meet clients requirements.

Corrective Maintenance
Our maintenance services have a purpose to ensure main
equipment such as Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, Gas
Compressor, Instrument Air Compressor, Pumps etc running
well and last longer. For corrective maintenance Improvide

service, the overall cost of maintenance will go down.
Beside reducing the level time based maintenance, CBM will
catch ill conditioned components before they break and
cause unplanned outages. By implementing CBM we can
measure the health of the machinery, engine
performance,and also engine vibration.

Maintenance (RCM)
Definition
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a specific
process used to identify the policies which must be
implemented to manage the failure modes which could
cause the functional failure of any physical asset in a
given operating context (RCM Standard SAE JA1011).

RCM Service
To implement RCM according to its definition, Improvia

(HSE) Procedures for PT Indah Dewi, one of the heavy

Assist on Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Activity at
Star Energy (Kakap) Natuna, KH-KRA-KG-KF
Platform, 2011
The activity consist of Vibration Monitoring on Rotating and
Reciprocating Engine, Thermography, and Oil Analysis.
The main equipments are Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, Gas
Turbine, Gas Compressor, Air Compressor, Pumps, Fan
etc.

We perform full assessment at the plant to examine the
real net plant efficiency, plant heat rate and losses. We do
the audit works at Boiler, Turbine, Condenser, Boiler Feed
Pump (BFP), Air Heater etc.

PLTU Sebalang, Lampung, 2012
The assessment was conducted on BFP #1 due to high
vibration on axial side. We analyzed the engine by using
CSI-2130.

as Chain Dryer, Shafts, Transition Unit. We used Ultrasonic
Testing (UT) Flaw Detector.
