Service charges for all out-of-warranty repairs for Potentiostats and Multiplexers are $315 minimum plus $95/hour for time beyond three
hours. Parts and shipping are billed separately. Instruments repaired under warranty are returned at Gamry's expense.

Warranty
Gamry Instruments warrants each instrument of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years.
Accessories, computers, and peripherals not manufactured by Gamry Instruments are excluded from the Gamry Instruments general
warranty, but are covered under warranties issued by the original manufacturer.
Gamry Instruments warranty in effect at the time of shipment, as published in the operating installation manual for the equipment sold
and delivered therewith, shall apply. Copies of such warranties applicable to specific instruments are available upon request. Obligations
under Gamry Instruments general warranty are limited to replacing, repairing, or giving credit for the purchase price, at our option, of
any instrument of our manufacture returned, shipment prepaid, to our factory for such purpose. Such warranty is extended to the
original purchaser only and normally applies for a period of two years from the date of original shipment. Warranty service is available
under the above terms only for instruments manufactured by Gamry Instruments.

Terms
An Irrevocable Letter of Credit, prepayment, or a credit card is required for all orders. Gamry accepts American Express, VISA, and
MasterCard. International prices are F.O.B. Warminster, Pennsylvania, USA Ex-Factory only. Freight, handling, insurance, certification
charges, and any miscellaneous charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges can also be prepaid and added to the final
commercial invoice if requested (insurance specified at purchaser's option). All bank fees, US and foreign, are the responsibility of the
purchaser. Minimum order is US$150. All prices subject to change without notice.

The products described in this Price List may require a license from the Office of Export Administration before they can be shipped to
destinations outside of the United States of America or from one foreign country to another. If you wish to make such shipments, you are
responsible for obtaining the necessary license prior to the export of these products. Gamry Instruments will obtain licenses for its own
sales to customers outside the US.

1. Potentiostats require a Windows compatible computer with 32 or 64 bit Microsoft Windows 7 or newer Operating System
and a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
