Q 2: - Tell us something about yourself/Describe yourself.
Answer: - Sir, My name is S. M. Ahsanul Imam. I am from Noakhali. You may already went
through f my CV, I mentioned their, I have completed my BBA in Marketing Dhaka
International university and MBA in International Business Dhaka University.. And if I talk
about my hobbies, I am fond of watching movies, exploring the different kind of places. I have
particular interest on computer and IT. Thats all about me, Sir.
Q 3: - Tell me something about yourself apart from the details given in the bio-data/Is there
something that not in your resume?
Answer: - Thank you Sir. I always believe handwork is more important than talent. An
hardworking man can overcome a talented but lazy man. And I apply this philosophy in my life.
Another thing about me is, I never give up. No matter what, I always try my level best till the
end. I believe, if I work hard with honesty, success will come, tomorrow or the next day.
Q 4: - Where are you from?
Answer: - Sir, I am from Noakhali District.
Q 5: - What can you tell us about your home town?
Answer: - Sir, My home town is Noakhali. It is a district in South-Eastern Bangladesh. It is
located in the Chittagong Division. Noakhali District is divided into the 9 Sub-districts or
Upazilas including Noakhali Sadar.

Agriculture plays a vital role in the regional economy. There are Science and Technology
University, Medical College, Textile Engineering College and lots of renowned educational
institution in Noakhali District. It is a attractive tourism destination. Nijhum Dweep, Bazra
Shahi Mosque, Gandhi Ashram and Queen Lurther's Catholic Church is the interesting places in
Noakhali district. Many renowned personalities come from Noakhali, including Mr. A B M
Musa, Ekushey Padak winner in journalism, and Mr. Obaidul Quader, honorable Minister of
Road Transport and Bridges.

Q 6: - What is your family background?

Answer: - I have four members in my family including me. My father is a Retd. Govt. Officer.
My mother is a house wife, my elder brother is currently in London for Education purpose.
Q 7: - What do your siblings do?
Answer: - He is in London for education purpose.
Q 8: - Tell me about your relatives.
Answer: - I have 3 paternal uncles and 3 aunties from my fathers side, and 3 maternal uncle and

4 aunties from my mothers side. They all live in village. Uncles are businessmen and aunts are
housewives.
Q 9: - Where do you live?
Answer: - I live in Kafrul, Dhaka Cantonment with my parents.
Q 10: - Why do you want to join our company/organization/bank?
Answer: - Sir, its a great opportunity for anyone to work in a reputed bank like yours. I want
join your company because this is something of my interest. I really love to do such kinds of job
where I can show my skills and contribute to the company growth.
Q 11: - What are your Strengths?
Answer: - Apart from honesty, which is a must, I am a quick learner and hard worker with
optimistic attitude towards my career and my life. I always try to be friendly with everybody.

Answer: - Well, sir.. as a human being, I have some weaknesses also. I am a bit straight forward
and sensitive. I cant say no when someone ask for help which creates problem sometimes. thats
all so far I know about me.

Answer: - Sir, you must be having a lot candidates to select. And I dont know about the rest.
What I believe that, as I am a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge, and I can do hard work for
the organization. I will put all my efforts for the good progress of my organization being
punctual and sincere. And last, if I get the opportunity to perform in your organization, I can
assure, I would never let you down in anyway.
Q 14: - Tell me what you know about this company/What do you know about our bank?

Answer: - Thank you Sir, it is one of the best and fastest growing banks in Bangladesh.
Operating more than 96 branches and 100 ATMs. The main business of this bank is Retail
Banking, Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking, SME Banking and Capital Banking. And if I
concentrate on the Board of Directors, there are 16 members in board. Leading by Honorable
Chairman Mr. A. Rouf Chowdhury with 2 Vice Chairman and 12 Directors. And the President
and Managing Director of the bank is MD. Mehmood Hussain. The work environment of the
bank is very good. Employees feel proud to be part of the bank as the bank provides full support
to them.
Q 15: - What are your salary requirements/How much would you like to take as salary?
Answer: - Sir, I am a fresher. Salary is not my first priority. This is a big platform to start my
career and I also want to improve my knowledge and skills and gain experience. So I am
expecting salary as companys norms as per my designation and my qualification.

Answer: - Sir, my primary goal is to get a job in a reputed organization where I can utilize my
skills and improve my career path. And my ultimate career goal is to be in a respectable position
in that organization.
Q 17: - Where do you see yourself after 5/10/20 years?
Answer: - Sir, my goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take
on new challenges in the end. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization where I
can build a career. And I want to see myself is to be in respectable position in that organization.
Q 18: - Off the entire Banks, what made you select our bank to Apply? (Bank Asia)
Answer: - Bank Asia starts its operation in 1999. Within 17 years it reaches the top position in
Bangladeshi banking sector. When I follow the bank website I find the proper statement of the
CSR programs. There are three major kinds of CSR programs. Like 1) Higher Study Scholarship,
2) Ophthalmological Operation (A kind of Eye Operation), 3) Operating Computer Learning
Centers. Beside those there are also some CSR programs, like Blood Donation, Disaster
Management, Sports, Culture and Heritage etc. Which inspire me to apply this bank. And another
thing is the service of the employees. When I go for transaction or other purpose I get the decent
service. It will be honor to be a part of this bank. So I apply this bank. Thats all in my opinion,
Sir.
Q 19: - Why do you think you would do well at this job?
Answer: - Sir, I am a person that learns quickly and perform better under pressure. I am a good
team player that motivated others to achieve the companys common goal. I believe I will do
well in this job because I am honest, hard worker, punctual and sincere. I also have the
ambitions, interest and determination to make a real success in this role.
Q 20: - Are you a team player?
Answer: - Yes, offcourse, I am, Sir. I am a team player. When I was a student of BBA and MBA
we have to do a lot of course work as a team. Though I dont have any working experience on
team player role. But I understand the basic team work skills. Like listening, discussion,
questioning, respecting, helping, sharing and ability to utilize all communication channels. And I
believe I can do them properly.
Q 21: - Why gap in education (if there is gap)?
Answer: - Well, sir, I have to face this question quite often. After SSC, I determined to go in a
foreign countr and try my luck. That was my dream. But the reality was very hard, somehow, I
couldnt go abroad. That time, I was too young to realize the value of general education. My
father convinced me to back for study. And after 6 years I sat for HSC exam. And completed
MBA, without any break.
Q 22: - What have you been doing since now after education?
Answer: - After completed my BBA I stared a small business venture with two of my friends.
Though, initially we were doing well but after couple of year, it collapsed. Since then, I focused
on my MBA and taking preparation to get a job.

Answer: - Yes Sir, I am.

Answer: - Well sir, it is normal that an employee would take better opportunity if he gets. But I
think, to build a good career, it is equally important to stay an organization for a long time,
especially in the starting.

Answer: - I am sorry Sir; I dont read any English novel yet.

Answer: - No Sir; I only read bangle newspaper and magazines. .

Answer: - Sir; according to my sense my name Ahsan is come from Arabic word Ehsan.
That means Perfection or Excellence.
Q 29: - What are your hobbies?
Answer: - Watching movies, browsing internet, travelling.

Answer: Currently the world is going under a troubling situation , both politically and economically.
Wars are broken out in different parts of the world, which impacts directly on the
world economy. As an important part of world economy, Bangladesh is also facing
that wave of instability. But, despite all the odds, the economy of Bangladesh is
doing pretty well. Recently Bangladesh moved to the list of middle income country
from low income country. Apart from this, our foreign exchange reserve crosses 28 billion
USD. and work progression of Padma Bridge Metro Rail etc. Which are also good signs of
economy. But there are problem also, investment climate is not in very good shape,
as the Banks are facing difficulty to disperse loan. Overall it is challenging situation
in Bangladesh.

Answer: - Its may be 3 or 4.

Answer: - No Sir; I havent.
Q 41: - What is the difference between million and a billion?
Answer: - 10 lacks make a million and 1000 million make a billion.
Q 42: - Do you have any account in any bank? Which type of account and what is the
interest rate payable on it?
Answer: - Yes Sir; I have an Account in BRAC Bank. It is a Triple Benefit Savings Account.
They pay approximately 8% interest to me.

Answer: - Sir, from my point of view, confidence is I can do this work. And over confidence
is No one does this work, except me.
Q 45: - What do you understand about good customer service?
Answer: - Good customer services means friendly relation to the customers and satisfy them. It
will differ with the business types.
Q 46: - What is plastic money?
Answer: - Plastic money is the Generic term for all types of bank cards, credit cards, debit cards,
smart cards, etc.
Q 47: - What is the earning source of a Bank?
Answer: - Fees and Commission, Interest, Consultancy, Investments and others bank related
incomes.
Q 48: - How would your friends or co-workers describe you?
Answer: - Well, my friend Saiful always said I am a hardest worker. I can work till morning to
evening. Some said I am a good decision maker. And I am a team player by providing suitable
advices at the right time. Thats why when we take a trip in new places most of the time I play
the role of team player. They said I am very organized. They also add that I have a balance
between good stress and bad stress.
Q 49: - What are the differences between debit card and credit card?
Answer: - Debit cards allow bank customers to spend money that they have by drawing on funds
that they deposited with the card provider. Credit cards allow consumers to borrow money from
the card issuer up to a certain limit in order to purchase items or withdraw cash.
Q 50: -What is more important to you: the money or the work?
Answer: - Sir; I believe both Money and Work are important, because without both we would be
detached, unfocussed and dissatisfied in our work. Money plays a survival and motivational role
in our life, however work plays an inspirational role to do and be Better Professionals. So both
Money and Work are important. Because we cannot live without money as well as we cannot get
money without work.
Q 51: - Why bank job/Why do you want to join in banking sector?
Answer: - Sir, it is one of the fastest growing sector not in Bangladesh but also in the world. It is
called the first class job in the private sectors. Banking sector has a great future. Bank provides
employee Benefits, Advantages and Rewards. Like Holidays, Pension, Work or life balance,
Training and development, Colleague membership benefits etc. So I prefer bank jobs.

Answer: - Yes Sir, I do work under pressure. In my MBA program there were many stresses; like
term papers, 2 midterm exams, assignments, presentation etc. I overcome all pressures and
completed MBA successfully. Apart from education, when I started a small business with my
friends I had to work under enormous pressure. Beside this there are many stresses in real life. I
am working with it.

Answer: - In simple term, market is a place. In economic term, market is price. And in
marketing sense, market is a set of actual and potential buyers of a targeted products or services.

Answer: - In simple term, marketing is the delivery of standard living system. Another way it
